Alerts Security is a family run business who have been serving the North East since 1990. With over 30 years of experience and expertise. We offer a wide range of options for protecting your property, averting intruders and making you and your family feel safe.

We provide a range of advanced security solutions for residential property and small businesses. Our friendly engineers will assess your requirements and create a solution that is tailored to your individual needs. Our ongoing support is well renowned with our existing clients, some of whom have been using Alerts Security for over 25 years. We serve the whole of North East England - from Berwick through to Middlesbrough.

As well as the standard security sensors such as infra red sensors and door alarms we can also provide pet sensors and the latest high-tech wireless solutions. It can be possible to upgrade your existing system to a monitored system with no contract tie in.

Moved into a new house and needed an alarm. Phoned this company, who answered straight away and arranged a visit that week. All agreed, fitted and sorted at very reasonable price within a couple of weeks. I prefer to wait a few months before reviewing in case of any problems. No problems at all - in fact on one occasion, I pocket phoned them by accident, realised straight away and sent a text to apologise. They replied immediately, showing that their service is instant if I ever were to have a problem. Thank you for excellent service. Stephen Collins

Initially I was hoping for a repair of an existing system, which they worked very hard to achieve, but unfortunately the existing PIRs were no longer functioning properly. They wrote off the several hours work they had spent and quoted very competitively for a new wireless system, which we are very happy with. Prompt response to initial enquiry Turned up as arranged on both occasions Work carried out very professionally by clearly experienced engineers Obviously a family firm who take pride in their work Can recommend them

I have had many years experience using Alerts Alarms for my homes and I have always been very happy. We had a new house alarm system installed as the old one had developed a fault and replacement parts were no longer available. The work was undertaken promptly, efficiently with a clear explanation of how the new system works. It was reasonably priced. We had the last alarm system installed by Alerts some time ago. They remind us when servicing is required and have always rapidly responded should any issue arise between services. We can thoroughly recommend this company.
