We recently moved house and needed a variety of locks changed including a number of stuck bolts and doors. Paul responded quickly to my email and arranged to visit to talk through our options. He turned up on time and looked at all our doors and locks and then went through the options available to us and the pros/cons of different lock types and brands. He also talked through more general security advice for our house around lighting and gates. He then gave us a quote for the work to replace and upgrade our locks. When it came to installation, he installed everything efficiently and left our house very tidy afterwards. He took the time to talk through each of the new locks and how they worked and the new keys. I would highly recommend Paul in future. I can't fault his work.

Paul replaced a broken lock on a back door. He came on time and fitted around my work schedule. He was polite and knowledgeable about different types of locks. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He even fixed the back door hinges (which work much better now) without being asked.

Paul arrived on time as arranged and fitted four locks on sliding patio doors - as required by my insurers. He was pleasant and discussed the job before starting. The bolts are fitted as discussed and were demonstrated to me. Paul cleaned up before leaving. Good job.
