All Moves UK Ltd is a Nottinghamshire based family business covering domestic and commercial removals nationwide. We have been trading for almost 20 years and have earned ourselves a great reputation through the love we put into our work. Our services range from local to national moves of all sizes, we can offer packing, unpacking, dismantling and reassembly too. All of our vehicles come equipped with specialist rugs and covers to keep your furniture from being damaged, they also come with carpet tape and stair rods to prevent any carpets being marked whilst we work. Our teams are all trained to the highest standard and are uniformed and experienced ensuring the day is as stress free as possible for all of our customers. We have achieved the ‘Association of Independent Movers – Mover of the Year’ award 5 years running, we also have won the award for ‘Home Removals Company of the Year 2020/21’ by the CorporateLiveWire Global Awards and many more awards/certifications which you can find on our website.

We engaged All Moves to move our household in June 2020 and my partner's father earlier this month. I have to say we are all very pleased with both events; the conduct from start to finish was most professional and the one and only snag was dealt with politely, competently and equally professionally. The crew that moved us arrived on one of the hottest days of the year and worked really hard with no loss of humour! For the second move, a different crew were involved and they were also careful, courteous and proficient. We checked the vans as requested but missed two small plate glass items. When we called the company some days later, Mandy answered, took me seriously from the start, called the crew and located the items while I was still on the telephone to her! She packaged them well and sent them, arriving with no damage. Our combined experience is one of relief that otherwise difficult and exhausting removals were made easy by this company, and we would highly recommend them.

We used All Moves for our recent move, from the beginning they offered incredible service and this continued right through to move day. When we requested a quote they contacted us to arrange to visit the home to ensure accuracy with half an hour. Their communication throughout was brilliant, replying almost instantly to all emails. On the day of the move Taylor and Corin were amazing and could not have been more helpful. They turned up early and quickly packed up the van, insisting we relax - which made the whole day much less stressful. When we arrived at the property they were just as helpful, putting things in the right places and problem solving big furniture small corridor situations. The whole process from quote to moving day was seamless, can’t thank the team enough and would definitely recommend.

This was the very first company I contacted for quotes due to reviews from others, and from the first phone call through to moving day, we had a great experience. Their team offered a face to face quote a few days after contact, but moved it to a WhatsApp at our request due to our availability. After that, they answered every WhatsApp query and communication was excellent. Quote was received same day and followed up on. On moving day Shaun and Couran were friendly and arrived ready to work and got us moved into our new home efficiently and with really positive attitudes, even in the heat. They took care with our belongings and ensured we were happy before heading off. We would absolutely use All Moves again in the future as we feel they did a fantastic job all around.
