All Moves UK Ltd is a Nottinghamshire based family business covering domestic and commercial removals nationwide. We have been trading for almost 20 years and have earned ourselves a great reputation through the love we put into our work. Our services range from local to national moves of all sizes, we can offer packing, unpacking, dismantling and reassembly too. All of our vehicles come equipped with specialist rugs and covers to keep your furniture from being damaged, they also come with carpet tape and stair rods to prevent any carpets being marked whilst we work. Our teams are all trained to the highest standard and are uniformed and experienced ensuring the day is as stress free as possible for all of our customers. We have achieved the ‘Association of Independent Movers – Mover of the Year’ award 5 years running, we also have won the award for ‘Home Removals Company of the Year 2020/21’ by the CorporateLiveWire Global Awards and many more awards/certifications which you can find on our website.

We used the moving service several weeks ago and, whilst the movers were friendly and efficient and the price seemed competitive, there were a couple of issues. We were told there was a charge to come and collect the boxes after the move, which we were not told about in advance, and the collection date was several weeks from the move which was not ideal when you want to get rid of them quickly. The movers also slightly damaged/dented the front of our fridge freezer when taking it out of our old house - this wasn't a big deal so we didn't mention that we noticed this on the day, but it would have been good to be informed when it happened.

Sorry you feel this way, it is a nominal charge which does not really cover costs of wages and fuel, we are the only company that offers a buy back on boxes, others just sell them as one of price and then your stuck with them, collection when booking in Mandy will always look when we can as soon as possible working round yours and ours commitments, we are very clear on charges and on website and you was refunded straight away the balance. as far as fridge freezer damage you should of let us know at the time so we could of rectified this matter.

The moving team were polite and helpful on the day. Unfortunately, the last item moved, our piano (which we paid an extra insurance for), was dropped off the trolley causing damage to the base - this was identified by the moving team. I was unable to put this in writing immediately, which resulted in us not being compensated for the damage caused. CHECK THE SMALL PRINT

Very sorry you are dissatisfied, but do think its an unfair review as we have done nothing wrong our end. With all movers insurance any claim must be in writing by the customer within seven days, NO SMALL PRINT. Does not matter how long it takes to repair if our fault as long as we have been notified within time frame which is very clear on your terms sent to you in large print form, none of our team on the day has any memory of this, on Speaking to you last night and checking your file you did not declare value of goods and did not have a a separate insurance in place either, which we keep original copy for any one to view for 2 years, we moved you on the 7th of December and you only contacted us on the 13th of February this is no fault of ours as we would of acted on any claim correctly if in the time frame, again very sorry you feel this way but not really our fault as over two months ago. Again sorry you feel this way but that is why terms and conditions are here to protect you and us if read and used correctly
