All Moves UK Ltd is a Nottinghamshire based family business covering domestic and commercial removals nationwide. We have been trading for almost 20 years and have earned ourselves a great reputation through the love we put into our work. Our services range from local to national moves of all sizes, we can offer packing, unpacking, dismantling and reassembly too. All of our vehicles come equipped with specialist rugs and covers to keep your furniture from being damaged, they also come with carpet tape and stair rods to prevent any carpets being marked whilst we work. Our teams are all trained to the highest standard and are uniformed and experienced ensuring the day is as stress free as possible for all of our customers. We have achieved the ‘Association of Independent Movers – Mover of the Year’ award 5 years running, we also have won the award for ‘Home Removals Company of the Year 2020/21’ by the CorporateLiveWire Global Awards and many more awards/certifications which you can find on our website.

Very professional from the minute Gordon came to my house to give me a quote. Gordon gave me advice about what would happen during the moving process and I felt very at ease. The removal men Neil and the young lad were fantastic. Very smooth pick up and they brought my furniture back a week later. Absolutely great service on all parts and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you all for making the move less stressful.

We used them last month. They were friendly and efficient from the day they quoted us. Really easy to communicate with and quick to answer questions. On the day of the move they were on time, really friendly and took care of our belongings and no nasty surprise. Nothing was broken and everything was moved to where we wanted. The lady and lad worked very hard and had a sense of humour, which given my husband has Alzheimer's was very much appreciated. They were friendly and very helpful I will recommend them to friends and family when they want to move. You could not wish for an easy or more professional team.

We employed All Moves for our 2 mile move. Their packing team, Cheryl and Andy, spent all day carefully packing all our belongings. Then Wayne, Chris and Kyle carried out the move the following day. Everything arrived safely and the team made sure they placed all our items in the correct rooms.

Excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time. Polite. Worked really hard, without un-necessary breaks. Had to wait hours for completion, to unload. Still cheerful and courteous. All Moves UK arranged the move for my mother in June 21. This was a pressurised time for everyone. But they are so reliable. Always replying to calls and emails quickly. The move itself was calm and straightforward with the team navigating around the challenges posed by large and awkward items without a fuss. I used All Moves to pack and move house in mid-January ‘21. The team were punctual and extremely respectful from the start. They were professional, courteous and packed/labelled everything really well. The day of loading and moving presented a number of issues to get around, and the ‘can do’ approach meant nothing was a problem. All the team had great interpersonal skills, and we’re diligent in all the tasks they undertook. We could have never have moved without this A-Team, especially given the archaic processes and ordeal of moving house in England. Overall my customer-focused experience was exemplary, and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you to the entire team.

Arrived at 8 am, the guys were really friendly and professional. Nothing was to much trouble, the disassembled 2 beds and reassembled. Very careful and respectful. Did however when I went back to old address find one part of a wardrobe I had left at the old property had the clothes still in it, but I just bought them back in my car so not a train smash. Really pleased and the best quote. The whole service from start to finish was great. I’ll always use them should I ever move again and would totally recommend to anyone I hear is moving. The lady on the office I dealt with was so helpful as well, great job All Moves .. one happy customer

The guys were very punctual, they arrived exactly when they said they would, they were all very courteous, polite and very professional. They assessed what needed to be done, and within a couple of minutes had put a plan into action. Whilst one truck was being loaded with the contents of the shed and the garage, the large 18 ton truck was speedily being filled with all of our furniture, which was all covered in special jackets. Once at the other side, everything was placed in the locations that we wanted and reassembled. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend All Moves UK, to summaries, a great bunch of guys who work well as a team, extremely efficient and all for a very competitive price.

From the quote process through to the move everyone i dealt with was professional and friendly. Emails were answered quickly. On the move day the 3 guys were brilliant. Arrived on time and took time to understand what was needed. We had a couple of blips with being able to get large furniture through small gaps but the team took it all in their stride and just dismantled the furniture, transported it and then put it back together. No quibble or complaint. This is the 2nd time I've used All Moves UK and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again. Victor and Neal are such hard workers, even being a man short than expected, they did a full day of going up and down stairs and lifting. They were very polite all day despite being clearly exhausted. Thank you.

Good value for money, hard working individuals. However, on the day they emptied the house only 2 people were sent to sort to empty & load the vans. We had to help out or they would have been there until midnight!! Needed 4 people.

Professional service but I feel they purposely worked at a slow rate to make the job last longer. A benefit for them as they were on an hourly rate. The job could have been completed at least 1 hour sooner.

We used the moving service several weeks ago and, whilst the movers were friendly and efficient and the price seemed competitive, there were a couple of issues. We were told there was a charge to come and collect the boxes after the move, which we were not told about in advance, and the collection date was several weeks from the move which was not ideal when you want to get rid of them quickly. The movers also slightly damaged/dented the front of our fridge freezer when taking it out of our old house - this wasn't a big deal so we didn't mention that we noticed this on the day, but it would have been good to be informed when it happened.

Sorry you feel this way, it is a nominal charge which does not really cover costs of wages and fuel, we are the only company that offers a buy back on boxes, others just sell them as one of price and then your stuck with them, collection when booking in Mandy will always look when we can as soon as possible working round yours and ours commitments, we are very clear on charges and on website and you was refunded straight away the balance. as far as fridge freezer damage you should of let us know at the time so we could of rectified this matter.
£1500 damage to Piano - out of time for claim

The moving team were polite and helpful on the day. Unfortunately, the last item moved, our piano (which we paid an extra insurance for), was dropped off the trolley causing damage to the base - this was identified by the moving team. I was unable to put this in writing immediately, which resulted in us not being compensated for the damage caused. CHECK THE SMALL PRINT

Very sorry you are dissatisfied, but do think its an unfair review as we have done nothing wrong our end. With all movers insurance any claim must be in writing by the customer within seven days, NO SMALL PRINT. Does not matter how long it takes to repair if our fault as long as we have been notified within time frame which is very clear on your terms sent to you in large print form, none of our team on the day has any memory of this, on Speaking to you last night and checking your file you did not declare value of goods and did not have a a separate insurance in place either, which we keep original copy for any one to view for 2 years, we moved you on the 7th of December and you only contacted us on the 13th of February this is no fault of ours as we would of acted on any claim correctly if in the time frame, again very sorry you feel this way but not really our fault as over two months ago. Again sorry you feel this way but that is why terms and conditions are here to protect you and us if read and used correctly
