I have used Allied Trade for a number of years. They are always professional, prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. There's no point chasing around to find someone else for plumbing or boiler work as this business is excellent.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Allied Trades recently. I cannot fault this company, true professionals, trustworthy, knowledgeable and helpful. Booking was easy, staff were true professionals (asset to the company), friendly and even tidied up after - which not all trades do from my experience. I have been very impressed with Allied Trade Plumbing who fitted a new ensuite shower/cubicle. The company has been so easy to work with, really very helpful with everything. Their very friendly staff carried out the work to the highest standard. I have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

I was let down by a previous plumber and these guys saved the day. They gave a detailed and prompt quote and even managed to start the work a week earlier than planned. I needed to do a fair bit of work to a rental property- installing new electric shower over existing bath, smoke/heat/CO alarms, new convection fans and reinstalling gas supplies and installing various appliances. They even fixed an additional faulty item that was not on the original quote while on this job. They carried out the work efficiently and with such great care of the property, as new flooring had been fitted and they put down protective sheets all around the house. Robert the plumber was fantastic ! (I didn't get the chance to meet the electrician on the job but great work too). The office manager Tamara was amazing, always happy to help and great communication through the whole process. These guys are the sort of tradesmen that you can just leave them to their work and not worry about what is going on. Would definitely use again and recommend. Very pleased. Many thanks to Allied.

Been using for a number of years to complete annual boiler service on my Worcester Bosch boiler. The guys are always friendly and they leave the place neat and tidy when they are done. Good local firm too, which I prefer to support over corporate multinationals.

Allied Trade have an excellent team who ensure that the customer experience is highly satisfactory. Engineers reviewed the work and the quotation (and all subsequent admin- scheduling, billing, etc) was capably handled by admin staff who communicate reliably by email / phone. The work was very well conducted, quickly and cleanly. For us, this was a shower room re-fit: including re-lining leak damaged walls, installation of multipanel coverings and enclosure, etc. Didn't take long: punctuality, tidiness and communication all very satisfactory. We'd use Allied again and would recommend them for the reasons given above.

Replaced expansion vessel on closed system hot water tank. Prompt service, engineer very professional - excellent customer service from first contact to job completion.

Just used for the second time, on this occasion a boiler service. Straightforward to book, reasonable price, came when they said, and a thoroughly professional job done (by Grant). Previous occasion was a hot water cylinder replacement, a much bigger job, but also done to excellent standards.

Allied Trade recently completed quite a large drainage project for us, related to our house extension. All members of the team were helpful and professional, from original contact, communications with office, and engineers on site. The work was completed to a high standard, on time, and cost was as quoted. The team liaised with Building Standards at various stages to ensure the work met required standards. The site was left safe and tidy at the end of each working day. We are very pleased with the work and will definitely recommend to others.

I have had problems with my heating system for years and had tried numerous plumbing and heating engineers. Finally, I phone Allied Plumbing and Heating and I am glad I did. At long last I found trade operatives that were willing to go the extra mile and look for the root cause of the issue rather than just keep coming out and doing repairs. They explained everything well and were tidy, friendly and extremely competent. Tamarra in the office was also fantastic at keeping me informed and scheduling work and parts. Can't thank them enough. It is great to have confidence in my heating and hot water system.

Allied Trade installed a bath to replace the existing shower cabinet. From their initial estimate to completion of the work, communication from them was excellent as was their estimation of timescale. They proved to be reliable and professional and carried out the work to a high standard so I have no hesitation in recommending Allied Trade.

On discovering a leaking pipe, Allied were the first emergency plumbers we found on a trusted trader site that picked up. The engineers (Liston and Kieran) were out within less than an hour (well within the 2.5 hour window we were initially advised). They repaired the initial leak efficiently and well, ensuring two further, hidden, leaking pipe sections were repaired as well. They were friendly, efficient, and effective. They wasted no time in making good the required repairs - one of which was in tricky circumstances - and we paid exactly what we were told we'd pay at the outset, and very reasonable at that. Based upon today's experience, I rate them very highly, have no reservations in seeking their services again, and am very happy to recommend them.

Allied Trade replaced my flat boiler - I had an old system boiler that was unreliable and taking up a lot of space. Allied Trade sent someone out to take a look at my old boiler, water tanks, pump etc. and he gave me some great advice to change my setup to a new combi boiler. He also gave me some good advice on what boiler I could get within my budget. The plumbers really knew their stuff and this made the whole process stress free - amazing considering it was quite a big job. New boiler and freed-up storage cupboard. I would highly recommend Allied Trade!

They replaced old LPG Combi boiler with new boiler for water and CH, also replaced a kitchen sink unit and taps. The work was executed on time and on budget. Very professional and skilful (mainly by Kieran) minimum of disturbance, very clean and tidy and good explanations of how everything worked before handing over. Very friendly, responded to request for quote very timely, answered all the queries before starting. Good communications throughout. Cameron, the gaffer came personally to check everything ok. Will employ them for some bathroom work.

Boiler broken down on the weekend and within a few hours on Saturday, Cameron the plumber had arrived to help. Having found the issue and organised new parts to be ready for collection on Monday. On the day, prompt call in the morning, to arrange access and by midday boiler fixed and working smoothly. Very reliable and friendly service. One of the best Small independent plumbing firms in the city.

After a botch job from a local plumber, I called in Allied Trader to carry out the repair on my leaking radiator. Plumber arrived on time, explained what work was required and collected the materials needed. He was very polite and carried out the work efficiently and in good time. He then installed my HIVE controls for me and tidied up after the work was completed. No issues and would recommend to anyone.

Our experience with Allied Trade was brilliant from start to finish. Initial communication with Tamara to arrange a quote and suitable time was pleasant and efficient. The engineer (Grant) was very friendly and professional, and made sure to clearly explain every step of the process. He clearly takes pride in his work which we really appreciated. We had a number of plumbers and shower companies look at the work required to upgrade our gravity-fed shower to a pumped shower in our bathroom. Unlike the others, who said the job was "too difficult," Allied Trade responded with a very prompt quote and did the work a week later. The guys doing the job encountered a problem (an airlock in the system) which they spent a couple of hours, late on a Friday afternoon, sorting out before they finished. One very satisfied customer!

Repairs carried out to fresh water leaks on two toilets. Good communications throughout and a successful outcome without breaking through tiles, which saved us a lot of time and additional expense. No hesitation in recommending this firm.

Following an inspection Allied Trade submitted a detailed quote for the replacement of an old boiler and flue. The work was started at the agreed date and completed within the agreed time. The workplace was left neat and clean. A minor adjustment which was found necessary later on was executed promptly. I am very satisfied with the work and the service performed by the trader.

Water heating system installed in 2017 and could not find the company, so had to get a plumber, went online and found these very helpful people at Allied Trade, plumber came out and sorted the problem so quickly and professionally. I could not have asked for a better service. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

A neighbour strongly recommended Kieran of Allied to sort out a toilet which had defeated successive plumbers, since its installation. An embarassment and time waster as difficult to flush, erratic, very slow to fill. Kieran quickly diagnosed problems, assembled parts needed and in less than 30 minutes transformed a household nuisance to total efficiency. No exaggeration that life has been lots better since!

I had recently moved into the house and found that my upstairs radiators were not coming on. The engineer quickly spotted that there was a short cut in the plumbing and fixed it right away. Excellent service.

The work to our bathroom was carried out in the time allotted and to budget. Workmanship, time-keeping and tidying up was of a high professional standard.
