Alpine Aerials

Jason replaced an aging aerial and re-routed the aerial cable, so that it entered the house in a more suitable location. He was on time, polite and professional. I have no hesitation recommending his services.

He came to replace my old TV and FM radio aerials which had blown down. I was surprised that unlike another recent reviewer he said he was unable to dispose of the old aerials and mast as he did not have a waste disposal licence. This was no great problem for me but might be for others?

Jason and Daniel came to replace a rotten leaking aerial cable from the loft aerial down to the ground floor. They did an excellent and very neat job, placing the cable behind a down pipe so that it is hardly visible - a much better job than the original fitter. Jason is extremely helpful and pleasant and, in passing, also gave me some very good pointers as to the connections between my PVR and the TV, which have made life much easier. Very pleased indeed with the work and I would recommend them highly.

Jason was polite and courteous throughout. He quoted the charge up front and arrived at the agreed time. The aerial was promptly fitted with a new cable and chimney attachment. I have arthritis and he broke up the old parts for me and ensured they were safely in the correct bin. He also took time to ensure I understood the revised channels for TV and radio. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

I was given a Humax Recorder and could not connect it. It seemed that my TV aerial signal was not strong enough. Jason arrived on time, and very soon discovered that the Humax just needed re-tuning. No new aerial needed! Jason was delightful, patient and very knowledgeable. He explained everything so clearly that even a pensioner like me could remember it! He left all my TV machines neatly stored and sorted the cables out. His charges were very reasonable, and I shall be delighted to recommend Alpine Aerials to all my friends.

We had a problem with intermittent interference to our TV picture and also to the TV audio. Alpine Aerials checked our installation and fitted a replacement for our 18-year old mast head amplifier/splitter. A thorough explanation of both the problem and solution was provided together with a quote before the work was completed - all within one visit. Result - an improved aerial signal and no more interference! Overall - very pleased with the professional service and the realistic prices.

Jason was polite, friendly and punctual for both visits. We are a small block of 12 flats and some residents were having issues with the TV signal. Jason assessed that the problem was with the multi switch unit. He clearly explained to me what the problem was, so that I was able to explain to others. We had a previous quote that said the dish needed replaced as well as numerous other additional bells and whistles at a very high price. Jason's assessment of the problem was much more accurate and honest. He left the site tidy and disposed of all his rubbish. Cost was as per the original quote. I was having a problem with the reception of my TV in the lounge and another in the back room. These TVs were connected via a splitter. I had had two other aerial engineers from Trusted trader come to my house to access what was required. Both said that they had checked the aerial signal and I needed a new one. Jason established almost immediately that the problem with the splitter. He replaced this and everything worked great at a fraction of the price I had previously been quoted. I would definitely use Jason again.
