Specialising in loft conversions and extensions, serving domestic customers in most areas of Walsall, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, West Midlands and Birmingham. Alvaston Loft Conversions, and our highly skilled team of builders and roofers, are committed to providing the best possible standard of workmanship, using only the highest quality materials.

We handle the headache, taking care of design, planning permission and building regulations, so all you have to do is choose the decor

We are very impressed with the job that was done by Alvaston, the workmen were very pleasant, polite and cleaned up each day. The way all the trades followed each other was very impressive, Mr Harper was very helpful from start to finish and delivered exactly want we wanted. With the quality and workmanship of their team you can see why they have been in business for over 50 years. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alvaston to anyone considering a loft conversion.

He said it would take 4 weeks and took exactly 4 weeks. Absolutely no problems at all, the trader was with us rain or shine, and they were a delight to have around. I can not fault them at all. They installed a rear dorma loft conversion on my house and these traders were completely and didn't cause me any dramas, can not recommend highly enough.,
