Andrew responded to my initial enquiry quickly and professionally, with visit and quote completed within a couple of days. Sunni and Patrick did the work and they were, friendly, tidy and expert decorators. No issue was too small for them to deal with and they kept us fully informed of their decorating schedule so we could organise ourselves and the house efficiently. They were really focussed and worked very quickly, but not to the detriment of quality. They put all furniture back in its original place without any request and gave friendly advice and opinions on colours when asked. The work was completed to the agreed cost and schedule. Andrew was always on hand throughout the work to ensure that all went smoothly. First class job. Will use again.

Had exterior of our semi detached house decorated. Front, side and rear. Sonny our decorator came on the time and date agreed and was very professional and helpful throughout. I was very pleased with the completed work which came in on budget. Andrew Farkas made the initial visit and listened carefully to our requirements, making notes and taking photographs. He was friendly and helpful and explained what the procedure would be if we accepted his quote. He provided the detailed quotation promptly and once we had accepted it and paid the deposit he soon offered us some possible dates to start the job. Communication was good keeping us informed throughout and checking to see we were happy with the completed work. A great job done.

Andrew had done a previous decorating job and we asked him to renovate a bedroom: Stripping wallpaper, fixing holes and cracks in walls and ceiling, wallpapering, painting walls, ceiling and woodwork. His decorator worked through the weekend to complete the job in 4 days. The finish was very high quality and we are delighted. He quoted for one or two alternative scenarios and the final price was as quoted. From initial call to completion, everything was quick, efficient and transparent. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

The external paintwork on my house needed work done, I chose Andrew Farkas Limited because after checking on line, I felt he was the right person to arrange this work to be done to the high standard I wanted. I wasn't disappointed, I am extremely pleased with not only the standard of work done, but Andrew arranged it to be done at times that suited me, and on completion he telephoned to check I was happy with all the work. Andrew Farkas Ltd carried out repairs to garage doors and a side gate. The firm also painted the outside of the house. The work was carried out very efficiently and to a high standard. The workmen tidied up neatly afterwards. The work was completed on schedule and to the agreed budget. The team were helpful throughout and Andrew gave me good advice as to what work needed doing. I'm delighted with the result. Strongly recommended.

Andrew came and gave us an estimate for a variety of jobs. We chose 2 that were urgent and booked a date. Due to ill health, we had to change the date--no problem. After a change of heart, we called Andrew and said we only need one job done, a peeling, unsightly bathroom ceiling. Andrew willingly accepted our decision, reviewed the estimate downwards, and the work was efficiently carried out this morning. Delighted with the result. Great care was taken to protect the fittings and even used the machine to clear up the bits too small to go in a plastic bag. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

We asked Andrew and his team to completely prepare, line and paint the walls, ceilings and woodwork for four rooms in our house. This included filling of bonded channels after a full rewire, plus final plastering of some cracks and holes throughout. The job was finished in six days - a day ahead of schedule. Andrew and his two painters were really easy to work with - nothing was an issue, communication was great, and they were always friendly. They worked unsupervised in our house - putting down dustsheets and keeping everything tidy. The quality of the work was very high - the rooms are completely revitalised and we'll definitely consider them when we decorate the next part of the house. Would strongly recommend.

After visiting Which? Trusted Traders for advice and recommendations, I rang Andrew Farkas to enquire about the decorating that needed doing in my Flat. He was very polite and helpful and, because the coronavirus was restricting visits at the time, I sent him photos of the three rooms for his consideration. I received an estimate shortly afterwards, and I was pleased to accept it. The work was carried out to the highest standard and I was delighted by it. His team were quick and highly efficient and, painting unattended in my Flat, they were scrupulously honest and trustworthy. I will be inviting them back again next year to decorate my living room which now needs doing. Andrew and his team were a pleasure to deal with, helpful and respectful, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had our dining room decorated by Andrew's team and are very happy with the work done. Everything went smoothly and to schedule. Communication with Andrew was very easy. The two decorators were very polite and friendly; their work was of a high standard. Andrew also organised a plumber to remove a very large old radiator prior to the job and then replace it after the painting was finished. We would definitely recommend.

We had three rooms painted and some carpentry to box in a new boiler, and everything was completed to our satisfaction in three and a half days. Our experience was very good, from initial approach to completion of work. The estimated cost and time it would take was accurate and good value - in fact the work was finished half a day earlier than expected. The two painters were considerate, efficient and hard-working. We were very pleased with the results. It is the second time we have used this company.

The work was to decorate the exterior of our house. This was carried out to a very high standard. The team, Sunny and Patrick, arrived early each day and worked steadily to complete the work, no hassle. Excellent communication - Andrew Farkas would let me know evenings what would happen the next day. The job was carried out to budget, 1/2 paid when the job was 1/2 done, the balance on completion. The only thing that went "wrong" was that the replacement downpipe was installed so that I couldn't remove the drain grid for cleaning or rodding the drain, should that be necessary. Andrew had that sorted out within a couple of days, so the problem was quickly resolved. I am happy to give Andrew Farkas top marks.

This is the second time in two years that we've used Andrew's company and both times, have been very happy with the excellent result. Andrew visited and quoted promptly and adjusted the quote promptly when we requested an additional bit of work. The work started and finished on schedule to paint the exterior of the front of the house, repair and paint the pebble-dash and repair/paint the wooden window surrounds. Sunny was - as before - extremely hard-working, meticulous, professional, tidy and courteous. Andrew got in touch when the work was finished to see if we were happy with it. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work carried out by Andrew's team. They did an exceptional job on the outside walls of our house, filling in some hairline cracks and concreting near the ground where parts had chipped away before leaving a great finish to the walls. They arrived early and worked through until late afternoon, were friendly and very helpful. Andrew was kind enough to give me a very speedy and reasonable quote following fire damage to my elderly parents flat. In the end the insurance company chose to use their own contractors but I was impressed with Andrew's willingness to help and quick response.

Andrew has done work for us before, so I had no hesitation in asking him to advise and quote for a problem with external walls, where the rendering had cracked and we had penetrating damp. The walls were cleaned of loose and flaking paint, cracks filled, water sealant applied and then repainted. We are very happy with this, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and to a very high standard. There was no disruption and everything was left clean and tidy. Very courteous and helpful.
