We called Andy to carry out remedial work on our garden which was severely damaged following extensive groundwork on site. This included renewing concrete paths, building a step, decorative wall and patio, laying a new lawn and gravelling where necessary. We initially called him to do the concreting, step and wall, expecting to call a "named" landscape gardener for the rest but he said he could do it all. The end result was a well-thought-out and well-executed garden renovation along with a perfect lawn, all of which surpassed our expectations. We have since also tasked him to gravel areas to the front of the house, with the same excellent result. We would genuinely put Archway Builders at the very top of our list of tradespeople we have used, not to detract from others who have also been very good. Andy is extremely friendly, accommodating, punctual and trustworthy, qualities greatly appreciated when someone is doing major or any work, on your property. He genuinely couldn't do enough and his staff follow his example in both their approach and work ethic.

We had a conservatory that was suffering subsidence and movement. Underpinning and rebuilding of the the base walls on one side whilst retaining the UPVC glazing above and inner walls was required. Andy attended onsite and took a look and was on the same page immediately. He and his team performed the work within the promised time frame, to a good standard and were punctual and tidied up afterwards. It was a huge relief as there was minimal disruption. Communication was excellent. We now feel we finally after a lot of searching have a builder we can trust to call upon for any future works we may have.
