We are so relieved we contacted Andrew’s Removals back in August to give us a quote for moving. Andy did our quote and fully explained their procedures. This was followed up by a very competitive, clear and detailed quote from Cara . We had several failed exchange dates during October, but Cara kept in contact throughout this very stressful time. When we finally got our moving date Cara had a large removal van available but had to sort out a three man crew, which thankfully she was able to do. Andy, Dan & Tyler were all brilliant and we felt totally confident that they would do a really good job. They were professional, kind, thoughtful, friendly and extremely efficient and hardworking. We were last in the chain and didn’t get our keys til after 4pm. This resulted in them not being able to unload all of our furniture and belongings on moving day, but they left us comfortable with enough stuff to get us through to the next morning when they delivered the rest of our things. We can’t praise the office staff and removal team enough for helping us through what was a particularly long and drawn out sale and purchase. They were very careful and covered floors etc in both houses, and they handled our furniture and belongings with a huge amount of care. Thank you all at Andrew’s, you were all exceptional.

Andrews of Kent provided an excellent removal service. Moving the entire contents of our house and garden from Kent to Herefordshire on two of the wettest days of the year. The team of Frank, Karl and Ben could not have been more helpful and worked extremely hard and efficiently whilst remaining professional and friendly in less than conducive conditions. Truly a five star service from the team. Everything from our initial enquiry, communication and service was excellent. A big thank you to all concerned - amazing job! It was a long and protracted move with changes of date, but nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to enable me to move, a 2 day job, at 4 days notice and that included a weekend. The crew were polite, considerate of my neighbours, at both properties, nothing was broken. I was supplied with ample packing materials and they took away the surplus. I would recommend them. It is the second time I have used them and both times very satisfied.

The guys that helped with our move were all fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Andrews as they went above and beyond and took great care of our belongings.

The piano was delivered safely and carefully and put exactly where it was needed. It was a very hot day yet the removal men were very cheerful and helpful.

Andrews of Kent take a lot of care with your belongings whilst being extremely efficient and quick, with very good communications. They are also very punctual. They moved my belongings out of my old flat extremely smoothly despite some problems of my causing. My belongings were moved into storage and today they were moved from storage into a new flat within an hour despite the new property being on the fourth floor. I chose this company initially because of how helpful and friendly the ladies I spoke to were when I first phoned the company. We were slightly concerned, never having used a removal company before. Andrew visited and surveyed the items that we would be taking and assess the restricted access. A friendly and professional visit. We had two buyers pull out shortly before completion, Andrews were very understanding and helpful at a very stressful time. Moving day went amazingly well. Karl, Andy, Elliot and Rob just got on with the job politely and efficiently. When we arrived at our new home the vans were waiting outside and everything was unloaded quickly and smoothly. If we ever move again it will be with Andrews of Kent. I recommend them 100%
