My boiler started to make a loud banging noise when starting after a BG service. I got AGS Ltd to look at it and their engineer did his own service and cleared the fault. I will definitely be getting AGS to do my service next year!

I had a new boiler fitted by another local firm and all was not well. I found Andy Gas from the Which? Trusted Trader list and within a few visits they had identified a number of problems, one of them being a safety issue so concerning that the system was 'At Risk' and the boiler taken out of use. I was provided with a quotation and advised of a scheme of works to rectify all the issues and in due course their Gas Service Technicians spent 2 and a half days working solidly, not only to remedy the issues but to make welcome improvements. During his visits, the manager demonstrated a thorough technical knowledge and its application to my system. The technicians were well mannered and applied themselves to the work in hand, taking care to lay dustsheets and to vacuum afterwards. They also updated the float valve with a newer Part 2 model when I asked them. On completion, I was given an explanation of what had been achieved and shown how to adjust the pressure release valve. Magnificent and reassuring service.

I have used this firm for annual gas boiler checks before. Their total service is of high quality and their charges are reasonable. This is the second of their engineers I've been sent. He was very professional and thoroughly competent. His people skills were high (answered my questions in terms i could understand) and he was efficient, leaving me with a completed record of his findings.They send me reminders and their paperwork is as thorough as their engineering skill, led by an extremely capable administrator. I hope to use this firm next year and would recommend them to anyone needing similar work undertaken.

I have used AndyGas for many years to service my boiler. It is a very efficient, friendly Company. My existing boiler sprung a leak at the beginning of the very cold spell and they sent out one of their Engineers promptly. It was confirmed that it was beyond economic repair. John quoted for a boiler ideal for my needs - 10 yr guarantee covering boiler, parts and labour. It was fitted a day and a half later by Jordan who worked nonstop in very cold conditions. The following Friday, Kieran flushed the radiators through, another full-day job. The result is that my home has never been so cosy and warm. Both guys are very friendly and courteous and do a first-class, clean, tidy job, as do all their Engineers. As an elderly customer, it is a comfort for me to be able to contact such a reliable Company when needed. I can thoroughly recommend them.

We had our boiler and gas fire serviced. The work was completed very efficiently. Communication with the firm was good.

We had two radiators replaced and new valves and thermostats fitted to the rest of our radiators. Connor turned up on time laid sheets throughout to protect carpets etc. He worked really hard and wouldn’t stop for any refreshments. Very tidy and pleasant young man. He was joined by two colleagues and the work was carried out efficiently and quickly. We would throughly recommend Andygas, we have been a customer for over ten years.

We have been using AGS for over a decade now. This was an annual boiler service and it was a great job as per usual. Very friendly, helpful and competent plumber. The job was completed efficiently and quickly. All my questions were answered. AGS is always extremely helpful and reliable. The cost of the work done by AGS is always good value.

AGS have serviced my Remeha boiler since it was installed. I've always been pleased with them. They keep to their appointments, seem to be very thorough in conducting the checks and service tasks and their technicians are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Andy Gas responded very quickly to initial request for help finding a leak under toilet cistern. Engineer who was sent found and fixed the leak very efficiently and explained all work undertaken. The bathroom was left immaculate.

Andy Gas flitted my new boiler some 7 years ago and serviced it every year since, never had an issue with the boiler or workmanship. Have also had them change my kitchen sink taps. very reliable and professional tradesmen, highly recommend. On par/cheaper with other company's who provide the same values.

We had this company in to replace a shower and put in a pump. Greg (hopefully I’m right) was incredibly professional and polite. We had to work whilst he did this and he was very considerate and accommodating. When issues occur he was quick to discuss and agree upon a solution. Even the customer service for booking in and getting the quote was absolutely top notch. Great quality work, very happy. I highly recommend them!

My boiler was installed by Andy Gas some years ago and they have looked after and serviced since. All engineers that have called have been polite and carried out any work efficiently and without any disruption. Some years ago during a bad winter our boiler stopped working, I phoned the office to report the problem and explained that my wife was quite poorly. An engineer was on site within the hour and had the boiler Working again within thirty minutes. That’s the kind of service that I can rely on.

I used Andy Gas for the first time last year. They’re work was of such a high standard I used them again this time. I have recently moved and needed my boiler moving. The two guys who carried out the work were punctual, polite, very professional and everything was done just as I wanted it. I would thoroughly recommend them. They’re price was competitive and what they charged, was what was quoted on the estimate.

I had my annual service on my boiler carried out by Charlie, very polite and introduced himself on entry, he was smart and spotlessly clean. Didn’t hang about and got straight on with the job he asked if I had any problems which I didn’t have. He spotted the battery needed to be replaced, and he said I’ll do this now as it’s very awkward to do. Well done Charlie. A very satisfied customer.

Charlie from Andy Gas Southern called at the time agreed to cap off the gas supply to a wall mounted gas fire I no longer wanted. He also removed the fire and took it away. He was very helpful and met my requirements to the letter. A very skilled and professional service. I would certainly recommend this firm and use them again in future.

Have moved to new address recently and when central heating went off not able to get it working. AGS came, adjusted settings and showed me how to do so if needed in future. Have used them for many years, always prompt, knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommended.

My boiler stopped working late one night. I phoned AGS at eight am the next day and by twelve thirty pm the fault was fixed. The customer service throughout was impeccable and the cost was good value for money. AGS is highly recommended.

We recently had our water tank and boiler replaced with a combi boiler. The two engineers were on time and very friendly. They kept me updated with the process and any problems that occurred. The work was completed within two days. When they left they made sure everything was clean and tidied. They demonstrated everything clearly, so that I understood how it all worked before they left.
