We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

I had a damaged door on my Samsung freezer and the service I was given by Hayden from the Repair guys was sublime. He could not have been more helpful, polite and did an excellent job in replacing the door. Please can you give him some recognition for an excellent job done!!!

We had under warranty repair needed for a Samsung washing machine. The initial fix didn’t solve the issue but they promptly returned and diagnosed the issue again and replaced the drum of the machine. Hayden was excellent, polite, communicated well and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

I was very satisfied and happy with Mathew. He arrived within the time he said, he would be arriving. He explained what the problem was, with my fridge freezer, and mended it for me. I am a disabled person, and I felt he was very understanding with my limited mobility.

I had contacted Samsung about the incident when as my wife opened the door of the FF it fell down and spilled a number of items to the floor. Although Curry’s had fitted it, and charged me for the fitting, it was dangerously inept. Hayden arrived promptly looked at the situation and got on with it. He pointed out where a part had been fitted improperly and put it right. He tidied everything up and went in his way. Competent, industrious and polite. Very impressive.

Repairguys called us within 48 hours of reporting the issue to Richersounds. An appointment was made within 5 days and Craig turned up promptly on the morning. He quickly diagnosed the fault but had to take the TV to fix. It was returned earlier than expected and the fault was fully repaired. Craig reinstalled the TV and attached all the HDMI and USB connections and made time to explain other problems I was not able to resolve before. Overall a very satisfactory service. If they could offer the loan of a TV on removal it would be excellent.
