We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

LEC fridge-freezer malfunction

Our fridge collected water daily and the freezer regularly iced-up the bottom drawer such that it would not open. Matthew from the Repair Guys was great. He identified the issue and showed the evidence of insulation failure. The appliance is not worth repairing and needs to be replaced. Prompt service, good technical knowledge and honest advice was greatly appreciated.

Matthew came today to review the annoying bang on my samsung washing machine, sent me a text message before to advise of time he was going to see issue, he knew what it was and got it sorted. we also asked him to remove the music at the end of the cycle - very good and efficent service with a kind and courteous manner

We got frequent updates about when he would arrive, which he did on time. He was polite, informative and efficient, replacing a faulty element in the oven leaving the place clean and tidy.
