Yes I was very happy with the work. the washing machine stopped working the trader was professional from start to finish. Everyone who works there is easy to talk to and very friendly. The trade was very knowledgeable and knew which part to order just over the phone. after given a time slot which they stuck to this even though the first engineering was sick.

Following a fault on 65" TV, RepairGuys were appointed as the local service agent by Panasonic to complete an in home service repair. The company did a great job, in particular the engineers assigned, Scott and Steve. Working in peoples home’s during the lockdown period brings own its challenge, they acted with professionalism and made every necessary step to complete the repair efficiently and safely. You have a great pair of engineers!

I needed to get a damaged screen replaced on a Samsung 40" TV - Steve was very helpful and went out of his way to get a cost-effective replacement done for me. Although not a cheap repair, The RepairGuys didn't just write-off my TV as certain other companies did, and it was still around £100 less that buying a new equivalent Samsung. They also arranged things so that I could drop the TV in and pick up less than a couple of hours later. Would definitely recommend!

My LG smart tv was showing a tuning fault and as it was still under warranty Repair Guys were requested to attend. Steve attended in timely fashion, quickly identified & resolved the issue. He was professional, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly, ensuring all systems were working properly. I would definitely recommend Repair Guys.

I bought a Samsung washing machine 18 months ago with a 5 year warranty. It started making horrendous noises before spinning. I contacted Samsung who were extremely helpful and put the matter through to RepairGuys in Exeter. It It was a strange problem but nothing was too much trouble when it came to finding the cause. The team and the engineer were excellent, arrived when they said they would, were polite, efficient. The engineer knew his job backwards and was friendly, very tidy, he followed all the rules on social distancing, hand washing etc, a very nice person. It is rare these days to find such good customer service and I would recommend Samsung and especially RepairGuys to anyone.

I am happy to be the first to review this company. I purchased a Panasonic TV from Amazon 6 months ago and the screen went black, contacted Amazon for a replacement, no chance of that as it was just over the 6 month period. However, they arranged for repair using repair guys. Repair guys contacted me to arrange a pickup date/time and they were there on the date and the time. I was told it needed a new screen from Panasonic.This was when repair guys customer services they informed me on a regular basis the progress of the repair. To me, this shows outstanding customer service. My TV was returned to me on 2 April 20 and again they were on time. I would happy to recommend repair guys to anyone. Well done and thank you.

We discovered that we needed an amplifier and power pack for our smart TV because living in a dip to get a proper signal this was quite essential, Obviously, with COVID 19 we thought it might well be nigh impossible to get this sorted but rang the Repair Guys in Marsh Barton and the boss Steve rang us back. Steve was very helpful and it was decided he pick up the essential parts in the morning personally which is exactly what happened. He drove to our house at the time discussed and was very professional, very good standard of workmanship and generally very good standard of service. I would definitely use them again!
