We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

Hayden came to mend our tumble dryer. He managed to isolate the problem, advised that the repair would need to be ordered and that he would return within 7 days. The timescale that he advised was spot on. Not only did he replace the necessary parts, but also hoovered out the inside of the appliance, to the extent that it is now drying better than it has ever done. Would definitely recommend the repair guys. They are reliable and manage to fix our appliance. Their work ethic goes beyond the norm.

Following a previous issue, Matt came out to diagnose a problem with our Samsung American Fridge Freezer. He identified some problems and immediately responded by ordering new parts. Today he came back and fixed the issue. Warranty repair carried out to new cooker. Main oven light not working, new bulb did not resolve issue. The engineer, Hayden, turned up on time and completed the repair in about 15 minutes (it was a loose connection on the bulb holder). He was friendly and efficient. Job well done. Thanks.

LG Oled TV, dead, one week after LG's year-long guarantee ended. HOWEVER, as I bought it from Richer Sounds, their six-year cover kicked in and Craig from the Repair Guys (Exeter) turned up as booked; diagnosed dead screen; RS okayed the part replacement, and if I had not got Covid the repair would have happened Friday one week later. Craig returned when safe, neatly extracted the dead'n and stuck in the new'n. Total time taken: twenty (mins) Craig knows his stuff, Richer Sounds are brilliant: maybe there is a god... Happiness!
