We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

Repair arranged under warranty by John Lewis. Craig, from the Exeter branch, quickly identified the problem, ordered the required component and arranged to return and replace the screen the following week. Craig is clearly very experienced and familiar with most faults and doesn't mess around; he gets the job done extremely efficiently but with due care. Given today's throw away culture, I am very pleased to have had a repair rather than simply a replacement TV.

The word outstanding is often over used, but certainly not as far as this company is concerned. Our main point of contact was with Cheryl who went out of her way to keep us informed of the progress of a major repair to our TV that was under warranty. Throughout, her friendly approach and genuine concern that we would be inconvenienced as little as possible went a long way towards easing our frustration with LG that such an expensive TV had massively failed after just three months. In short, everything that could be done by Repairguys to expedite the repair was done, the work being completed at a very high standard. There remains little doubt in my mind that the the company genuinely deserves positive feedback, and that Cheryl a special mention. My grateful thanks to all

Initially very impressive with helpful staff and confidence-inspiring patter gave me a good feeling about their services. My microwave was repaired as per their estimate , within a reasonable time period and although quite expensive, I had no qualms about their ability to repair it. However when it went wrong 7 months later with the same fault as originally diagnosed the immediate reaction was to point out the warranty period for their repair services was 90 days only, something shown on the website but not explained, quoted or visible when visiting the premises. This is despite the assurance that only genuine manufacturers parts are used. Panasonic was equally not helpful and would not offer any warranty on their parts other than the 90 days that their recommended repairer quoted. The £190 repair carried out was money wasted. We are being urged to repair not replace but after this experience, I am unlikely to follow that option in the future and certainly not with this company.

We are sorry that this repair has not met your expectations. It is an industry standard to offer a 90 day warranty on repairs and this is shown on all of our Terms and Conditions which are shown on our website, on our Terms and Conditions paperwork on display in our workshop reception and also available from the link on the bottom of the receipt emailed to you when the appliances diagnostic check was booked. This period will, by and large, cover any immediate failures of components after the repair and if a repeat failure happens within this timeframe the labour and parts fitted would be covered by our warranty. As you have mentioned, the repair lasted 7 months and this would indicate that the repair work completed was successful and the microwave was fully functional for an substantial time period after the repair was completed. All parts fitted to your appliance would have been supplied directly from Panasonic and are genuine Panasonic branded parts and they carry the warranty as provided by the manufacturer. We do not ever want our customers to feel that we have not provided the best service we are able to but due to the appliance being 4 months beyond the warranty period, we apologise but in this instance, we are unable to assist any further.

Matthew communicated before getting here so we knew exactly when he would be here, and it was within the window notified. He had anticipated what the issue with our new Samsung was, as there have been other cases. He was polite and friendly throughout. He confirmed the problem straight away and fixed with a software update. He explained everything he was doing. He resealed the waste pipe connections which had shown a small leak after the machine was moved. He then double checked the machine was working and not leaking before putting it back. He also ensured it was fully level and the tumble dryer was out back and aligned as well. Exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. I don’t know about cost as this was a warranty call. I would definitely use The Repair Guys again and recommend them to others.

I am really impressed with the service I have had from Repairguys this morning. Matthew was friendly, efficient and informed me about when he was due to arrive and warned me that he was stuck in traffic. He was knowledgeable and took time to show me what the problem was with my AEG oven light, how it was fixed and even left me spares. He also didn’t mind my mad dog! Angie and Cheryl in the office were also friendly and helpful on the phone. Will definitely use them again.

Contacted SAMSUNG about a serious problem with my washing machine and Ryan from the Repairguys came to diagnose the problem the next day. 3 days later he was back with the parts to fit - 4 days ahead of the estimated time for this! Ryan was efficient and professional he very kindly disconnected and moved a machine that was on loan from the company we bought it from before reconnecting and repositioning the repaired machine. He was careful to explain what the problem was and how it would be fixed. He was very pleasant and it was a pleasure having him carry out the work.

Our TV went kaput in mid-December, and we were very worried that despite an extended warranty, we wouldn't have a working TV in time for Christmas. I called the repair guys to see if they could bring their diagnostic visit forwards and they came the very next day. Fault diagnosed a part was ordered and a follow up visit to fix the TV was arranged in the week before Christmas. The fix took just 20 minutes and we were back up and running. Very impressed with this company. All the people I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable and they managed to fit us in at a busy time of year.

Samsung warranty repair. Washing machine failed just before Christmas. Not ideal. Samsung raised the issue for this company to fix and we were contacted the morning they reopened after Christmas and had an appointment two days later. Text messages with timings made the appointment really easy to fit in. The engineer Matthew was outstanding, really knowledgable and had the fault diagnosed and repaired all within 30 minutes! I’d thoroughly recommend this company and Matthew in particular! MANY THANKS

When my washing machine went wrong 10 days before Christmas and with 3 very young kids who can't go an hour without getting dirty, well I could have cried. I called Samsung and after 5 days of fighting the shocking processes and generally poor service, they put me in touch with the repair guys on Monday afternoon. Within a short time I had appointment for Wednesday. Tuesday, I got my 3 hour time window. Wednesday, I got my 20 minute update that Hayden was on his way. Hayden fixed my machine in a effortless fashion. He was lovely, even when the kids did their best to get in the way, and even put the machine back in place for me. He talked me through the repair and paperwork and tidied up after himself. Hayden is my hero, he saved me from one less thing to stress me out over Christmas!

Fixed my oven
Speedy service. Made contact with Samsung on 14/12/34. assessment visit arrange and done on 15/13/23. Part ordered and date arrange to repair my oven on 19/22/23. Time slot given. Matthew did both visits and he was friendly, professional and explained the problem. I was phoned with the appointments, followed by a text to confirm and then Matthew sent a text when he was on his way with an expected time. Excellent service, would definitely recommend and use again.
