Matt came to look at my Samsung tumble drier that seemed to have suddenly seized and smelt of burning. He quickly diagnosed the fault and after confirming by running through the diagnostic checks repaired it on the spot. He finished by completing a PAT test to ensure the machine was safe. Throughout his visit, Matt was friendly, professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend The Repair Guy. Job well done. Thanks.

Matthew was booked to fix our dishwasher and he was definitely the best engineer we have ever had. Not only did he isolate the problem which was very complex but he also advised us about some of our plumbing that had been affecting the dishwasher. He was very intelligent, personable and very good at his job. Highly recommend.

Matthew texted 80mins ahead of his arrival to inform me of his eta, and arrived on time. He was friendly and talked me through every step of the repair, and answered all the questions I had for him during the repair. He was very thorough and checked the safety of the unit once the repair was complete. He fixed the unit with no need for extra expense and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anybody else in need of a repair.

Had this Samsung Fridge Freezer for some 8 years, The ice maker on this particular model had a problem with the ice maker freezing up and it had to be defrosted every 5-6 weeks! eventually it stopped working completely. Samsung were aware of this 'design issue' I would say it has been excellent other than this. Called Samsung, out of warranty so put in touch with the 'Repair Guys' at Exeter. A guy came out said yes, They were also aware of the issue, needed a new ice maker unit, and PC board. A week or so later another guy came out to fit the parts which had arrived from Samsung. He fitted the parts and left. All seemed to going ok then suddenly the Freezer part seemed not to be working well at all. Called Repair guys and very swiftly a new guy came out. ( I would say at this stage the service has been prompt and excellent) Matthew the new guy did a further inspection and discovered there was a very small leak in the gas system and that was why the freezer was not working, showed me and sure enough there was evidence. The unit was beyond repair I called Samsung they were also very receptive also and offered a substantial discount on a new unit, which I took up. We now have a nice new Fridge/Freezer..(I note the latest model the icemaker is in a completely different place). Repair guys have refunded the repair charges I paid them without asking and I am very happy. There is not much else they could do and it was a very nice gesture. Great service, Many thanks..

Excellent communications by phone and text throughout from Customer Service to the Engineer, advising me on progress. The appointment was at a date /time convenient to me and the engineer arrived with the spare part (oven element) exactly as scheduled. He was very friendly, obviously competent and swiftly replaced the part, making sure that I was satisfied with the result. He has excellent interpersonal skills, very empathetic and gave me sound advice on a couple of topics.

Craig, the engineer who came to do the replacement of an LED tv screen on behalf of LG was informative and very efficient. Communication from start to finish was very good. I was informed when the part was available from LG, what date and time slot was available for the install. The engineer arrived spot on time and worked quickly and very tidy. Excellent Service. The work was carried out under warrantee from LG.

The repair guys know their stuff far more than others I have used. Expert knowledge, humour, professionalism and punctual. Not much else required. 5 star service.

the gentleman was very professional and very polite. the repair was excllent and quite quick considering it was a large tv repair. They displayed professionalism and the quality of their work was top notch and i cant fault it. if i could give 6 stars i would.

I had a terrible time with Samsung when my washing machine stopped working. They reduced me to tears, and made life so stressful , but these guys saved the day! Very friendly and gets the job done :) I had Mathew who I would definitely recommend. Fixed the draw on my machine and also checked for any other issues on the machine. Had good chat and had a very good atmosphere.

Craig made first call on 10/8/23 and immediately diagnosed the problem with the internet connection. Ordered new part and came back on 18/8/23 to replace it. Internet connection now seems to be ok. Craig was very pleasant and efficient and got the job completed in short space of time. Kept us informed at all times.

I was visited by Matt at the time slot allocated. He called to say he was on his way and was on time! The service was prompt and efficient, and the problem was found quickly. The machine was not repairable, so it was reported immediately to the insurers, I'm waiting on my new appliance. Thank you.

The RepairGuys came right on time and called 15 mins prior to advise of arrival. Hayden the engineer was very pleasant and worked efficiently replacing the PcB and heater. No mess was created and the job was completed quickly. would definitely recommend.

My Samsung TV developed a fault under warranty and the Repair Guys were assigned the job by Samsung. I logged the fault on the Saturday and the repair was booked in for the following Thursday. Although the engineer was delayed getting to us he carried out the repair quickly and made sure everything worked before he left - we're delighted with the speed and efficiency of the process. My only minor criticism is that we weren't kept informed of the delay to the time slot for the repair but it really doesn't matter as the repair was done so efficiently.

Pleased with everything. Quick response to my repair, parts came very quickly and fitted within the week. Polite engineers, clean and tidy.
