We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.
We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

The RepairGuys came right on time and called 15 mins prior to advise of arrival. Hayden the engineer was very pleasant and worked efficiently replacing the PcB and heater. No mess was created and the job was completed quickly. would definitely recommend.

My Samsung TV developed a fault under warranty and the Repair Guys were assigned the job by Samsung. I logged the fault on the Saturday and the repair was booked in for the following Thursday. Although the engineer was delayed getting to us he carried out the repair quickly and made sure everything worked before he left - we're delighted with the speed and efficiency of the process. My only minor criticism is that we weren't kept informed of the delay to the time slot for the repair but it really doesn't matter as the repair was done so efficiently.

JA came out to repair our Samsung washing machine under warranty - it was a challenging job with multiple issues and he really did a complete job, with helpful suggestions on top. He was professional, friendly and totally customer focused. Not only did this reflect extremely well on RepairGuys but also made us feel a little better about the expensive Samsung product that had let us down a number of times. The work was thorough, fully explained and well documented. Very impressive all round.

Our ice dispenser broke in our fridge, we were covered under the warranty and can't fault the fantastic service we had a getting it resolved from the repair guys in Exeter. I spoke a couple of times with the lovely lady in the office, who couldn't have been more helpful and Hayden who came out twice, first to assess the problem and then a week later to fix it was absolutely brilliant. Brilliant and professional service and staff and would highly recommend

Pete completed our fridge/freezer fan repair in a friendly and efficient manner and even put up with our dog initially barking at him. Kieren & Ryan sent a text to warn me they would be arriving earlier than planned which suited me very well. They found the fault quickly and replaced the PC board in my washing machine in record time and had it up and running in record time. They were very polite and efficient. More than anything I was impressed and appreciated the communication with me as the service went on. From the initial booking to a check in call before the appointment to reminders, timings and updates, it made everything much easier and less stressful.
