We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

Mine was a tv repair carried out under Samsung warranty. I was contacted by the Repairguys to say they would be calling to diagnose the problem which they did on time. The tv repair was completed and the set returned and reinstalled and set up by a very helpful engineer. I would not hesitate in using them again and would recommend to others.

At times things look difficult and feel overwhelming. The constant bleeping from our incorrectly working fridge/freezer was driving us mad - then along comes Matthew from Repairguys, knowledgable, efficient, fully prepared and equipped and explained everything. He had a lovely attitude to his work and could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Matthew was a godsend. The problem is all resolved. Samsung as a whole have been great from call centre, assessment engineer to the office ordering the spare parts needed and Matthew resolving the problem. We are impressed and grateful to all concerned.

Our TV screen developed a fault and was still in warranty from a high street store. Having spoken to Darren from Repair Guys only last week. Had a visit from a repair guys engineer, Matthew, on behalf of domestic and general. A 3 hour time slot was given a few days before and on the day a text message with a precise time was received. Matthew was unable to fix the dishwasher as it was irreparable but he was polite, friendly and explained everything throughly. He tidied up when he had finished and input his findings promptly which allowed me to have the dishwasher replaced quickly through the insurance scheme.

43” Samsung TV repair at home. Replacement of mainboard. The Repairguys engineer did a great job and we were notified the previous evening (Sunday) of time slot and also 25 mins before he arrived. Very friendly and professional service. Highly recommend this company.

TV repair, fault found, new screen ordered and fitted within two weeks. Text sent night before giving window of time for visit then phone call fifteen minutes before arrival. They were very efficient, polite, clean and tidy and cleared away all packaging. TV still under guarantee so can't comment on value of service. Would certainly use again and recommend to friends.
