We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.
We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Craig arrived exactly on time having given me a text message informing me of time of arrival. He replaced the main board on my OLED tv very swiftly and efficiently. Craig was polite and knowledgeable and wore his face covering all the time. He ensured we were completely satisfied with the repair before he left. Our 12-year-old Samsung TV stopped working - kept on repeating a very short start-up loop when switched on. On phoning, the service department was very helpful and explained our options and associated cost. We agreed to proceed and the TV was picked up as arranged from North Devon. A week or so later we received an email asking us to call and upon doing so the identified problem was explained and a cost provided to fix it. We decided to proceed and the TV was fixed and duly returned as arranged and is now working perfectly - all in all an excellent service and we would highly recommend the Repair Guys.

New TV with faulty HDMI ports. Was put in touch via Samsung service desk. Appointment was promptly booked and a message sent confirming due time. Another message on the day gave the exact arrival time of Craig and within 15 mins the job was expertly completed. DVD player now connected and working. Can not fault their efficient and professional service.

Our new American Fridge Freezer was originally delivered with a damaged door. Pete from the Repairguys Exeter was booked by the manufacturer to replace this. I received a text the evening before with a time slot for the repair with another text on the day 20 minutes before he arrived. He arrived promptly with the new door which he fitted quickly and efficiently. When the job was finished he removed all the packaging and left the area clean and tidy. I am pleased that Pete carried out the job and in the same circumstances would definitely use the Repairguys Exeter again.

He wasn’t aware of the call history so I updated him….he was polite, knowledgeable and helpful and replaced the PSU in no time. He then reset the TV for me, getting SkyQ working and the soundbar. Hi My wife rung me in tears by the way she was treated by the technician (Matthew) from the exeter branch. He also lied in the report my wife was pressured into signing. The diagnostic he did came up with a fault and he said there were no faults. I hope this is just one bad apple in the bunch as I didn't expect this from the repair guys Thanks William

Matthew was very professional and personable and diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher quickly. He had to return a second time with a new pump but the company kept us informed of his visit and we received a time window the day before and a 30 minute warning on the day. He worked efficiently and quickly and offered advice about our dishwasher while he was here. It's great to having a working dishwasher again!

I’m pretty much blown away by the service. I logged an issue with our tumble dryer via the Samsung website on Tuesday. I got a text on Thursday to say they could come out on Friday to fix it. I said I was at work so they offered to come early at 6.45 the next morning. James arrived with exactly the spare part he needed and fixed the dryer in 5 minutes. All fixed under warranty without having to argue at all. Thank you so much.

They had my tv for over 2 weeks and it’s come back with the same fault apparent, Samsung UK had sanctioned this as a one off free repair as the tv was 6 months out of warranty and as the job has been closed with them I will have to pay for any further repair. The fault was intermittent but had occurred 3 times in the first few hours after I received it back. I feel they didn’t carry out correct soak testing after the work which would be fairly standard on an intermittent fault. Needless to say I will not be using this company in future.

The issue I reported with my TV was resolved within a week. Really quick turnaround, I received a text the night before advising of a timeslot and then on the day when the technician was 30 minutes away. The technician was really friendly and respectful of my space (Covid!). A really pleasant experience and really recommend.
