We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

Matthew kept me informed of when he’d arrive, which was really helpful. He had to work in the dark as there was a power cut. He got straight on with mending my cooker, which had two problems, and he fixed them both quickly. He also repaired the cooker light, which I hadn’t even reported. Can’t fault his service. The whole process was easy.

Our repair engineer, Matthew, turned up promptly and was ready to effect the repair. Throughout his visit, he explained his process and the overall repair. The job was completed within the time he stated, and the washing machine was fully serviceable on completion of his work. When Matthew was finished, he tidied up after himself. Matthew was friendly throughout his visit, and I recommend him to friends and family.

The repair was arranged quickly and to suit my availability. The engineer Pete arrived on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and very efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixing the machine. Matthew was incredibly thorough and informative when inspecting my washing machine after it began to smoke. I was understandably anxious about the potential danger of using it in my family home, but thanks to Matthew’s detailed safety checks, clear explanations, and reassuring advice, I now have complete confidence that the machine is safe to use (it turned out to be user error). The collection and delivery of my 77-inch TV was excellent. I was kept updated through the repair process. It was a 2-week-old OLED with a blown power module. All replaced and a new power lead supplied.

Super-efficient service, from the friendly and helpful gentleman who booked the repair on the telephone to Matthew, the engineer, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. The unusual fault was identified quickly, temporarily repaired and the replacement part ordered and fitted within the week; the most hassle-free repair we have experienced in a long time and for a very reasonable charge. Matthew attended to look at our washing machine and very quickly identified a fault with the machine as opposed to our house’s electrical circuit. He found wires broken on the washing machine wiring loom and replaced the whole loom. Matthew then tested our machine to confirm the fault had been repaired. Throughout the visit Matthew acted very professional and left the room very tidy on leaving. Highly recommended engineer, thank you.
