We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

Matthew arrived on time, was very friendly, and did a great job with the washing machine. We had a full explanation of the problem. Matthew then took all the covers off and replaced the broken parts. The machine has never been this quiet, not even when it was out of the box. We are very grateful for the fantastic service provided by Matthew.

When I called customer service I spoke to a knowledgeable person who talked me through step by step to work out issue with my TV. They identified the screen wad the issue and needed to be replaced. They arranged for a collection of my TV promptly given me a date and approximate time (Craig the rapair guy messaged me when he was on route). Although it did take 2 weeks to repair I could not fault how professional the whole communication process was, from both the telephony agent and Craig. Happy to say TV is still working fine 🙂.

Matthew arrived on time and fitted a replacement foot to the Samsung washing machine. Using state-of-the-art technology, he was able to get the machine completely level and then helped me to fit and secure the tumble dryer to the top of the washing machine. He was the ultimate professional, and I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Repair guys were appointed by my insurance company. I needed a new door and hinge, which was ordered and fitted within a week. Matthew was pleasant, friendly, polite, and professional. He fitted the new door in good time and did a great job. He was inclusive of my 3-year-old daughter, trying to help. He rang and asked if it was ok to fix my washing machine 3 hours earlier than scheduled, which for me was fantastic, means I can carry on with my day without having to wait for the repair. All round great job!

My Samsung washing machine stopped working, one of the engineers called Matthew from Repair guys came over to have a check. Found out the problem was the pump, he changed the pump.
