Aquaducks are Gas Safe Register registered heating engineers and plumbers. We have established a reputation for high quality work and service both with new installations and in servicing.
We are Gas Safe Registered and are also fully qualified for work with unvented systems. All our work is of the highest professional standard, meets current building regulations and is guaranteed.
Aquaducks aim to be as helpful as possible and our advice, especially on energy efficiency in your home, along with our quotations, is free. If you are considering changes to your home heating and hot water then we can help.
Our focus is on work in the Sutton, Wallington, Carshalton, Purley, Epsom and Surrey areas, where most of our work is on a referral basis. Aquaducks was one of 4 quotes obtained to provide a worster boshe boiler for my elderly parents. Their quote was the most competitive with more included in the actual service delivery. Charlotte and Tommy was courteous and very professional and so neat as they carried out the work. I cannot find a fault with their service or work and really cannot recommend highly enough. We had a new gas heating boiler installed a few weeks before Christmas (not by Aquaducks) and our (admittedly antiquated) radiator system was checked and passed. However the latter unfortunately did not stand up after all to the increased pressure and we got home New Year's Eve to find electricity off, kitchen and lounge flooded and the radiators which had not burst bulging threateningly. Once we were able to return to the house after three weeks Charlotte and her partner did an amazing job, tracing the old pipes under the floorboards and reinstalling very smart new radiators, also adding two extra radiators where needed upstairs. All done extremely professionally and with friendly and helpful advice. Thank you so much!

We had an ongoing issue with our shower and bath water supply. The problem was quickly diagnosed and a replacement pump sourced and replaced within 3 working days. Also our 22 year old boiler was serviced at the same time. Fantastic staff, fantastic service and all at a competitive price-couldn't be better.

Aqua ducks came to service my boiler and clear the residue sludge from my central heating system as downstairs radiators were not getting hot enough. They recommended a Magnecleanse filter and said to think about it (no pressure) & they would come back in two weeks to flush out the de-sludging agent. I reviewed the benefits of the filter on-line, decided to have it and they came along with said filter completed the work all on time very punctual and min of fuss. I have recommended them to several friends and all have been very pleased with the quality of their work, the competitive price and helpfulness in resolving problems.

We asked Aquaducks to renovate my mother's bathroom to make it more accessible and this they did to our complete satisfaction. It wasn't a straightforward re-fit as it involved removing an enormous cast iron bath and replacing ancient lead and steel pipework with minimal disruption. The new level-access shower has been installed beautifully, as has the new basin. Charlotte and Josh worked very efficiently and with great attention to detail. We are delighted with the end result and recommend Aquaducks without hesitation.

We had a new gas boiler and two radiators removed in our home. Aquaducks were used on recommendation from family members. Charlotte and Josh did a brilliant job. From the initial quote through to signing the work off as complete was completely painless and hassle free. Both members of staff were polite, well mannered, and extremely tidy! Aquaducks appealed due to the female/male ratio. You don’t see that many female gas fitters and I know that my mother in law was far more comfortable with Charlotte in her house when she carried out work for her. Aquaducks are one of the best gas and plumbing companies that I have seen in recent times. I will use them again for any future work. Awesome.
