Neil completed a total reconstruction of our bathroom. The bath and existing shower were removed and a new shower, shower boards, vanity unit and toilet were installed. In removing existing goods, a number of unexpected problems revealed themselves. Neil was quick to tackle the problems and find solutions. His workmanship is exemplary. We needed to replace the existing floor and were informed of the additional cost at the outset. The Tiler, Adam did a first class job of the new tiling and of replacing damaged wall tiles. Neil and Adam worked together as a team to find solutions to difficult problems and always kept us informed of their decision making and reasons. I cannot recommend Neil highly enough. It was like having an easy going friend about the house, who was always respectful. He has an almost old fashioned attention to detail, very refreshing! If you want a top job, meticulous attention to detail, clean workspace and a stunning finish, then you have found the right people at Aquaspark.

Neil has completed the refit of two en-suites to a very high standard. He was very helpful with our selection of bathroom furniture and fittings. He shows considerable attention to detail and ensures there is no possibility of leaks! The workmanship is exceptional and we thoroughly recommend him. We will be using Neil's services again in the near future.

We came across AquaSpark whilst looking to have a bathroom and cloakroom refitted. How lucky we were to find Neil and his team. Honestly, I was dreading having the work done, all the mess and dust and insurmountable problems. I was so wrong - that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Neil was meticulous both with his work and his respect for our house. Everything was carefully cleaned, tidied and put neatly away at the end of every day. It was a pleasure to come home from work and be greeted with positivity and progress. Nothing was too much trouble, and the issues which arose, of which there were a few, were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. The end result was fantastic, we are thrilled and would highly recommend. We’ve already booked Neil and his team for another bathroom next year!

Cannot speak too highly of Neil and Adam, this is not the first time that aquaspark have done work for us, and just like the first time the finished job is excellent. Great attention is paid to detail and nothing is too much trouble. Each day the place is left clean and tidy and I would not hesitate to have more work done by them should I require it.

Firstly, I would fully concur with all the comments made by previous reviewers. Neil and his team of hand-picked craftsmen deliver incredible results in a thoroughly professional and courteous manner. Neil is the type of tradesman who he would want to complete work in his own home, which is why his service is outstanding. We had our main bathroom and a small cloakroom refitted. The existing room posed many problems such as double layers of tiles stuck to the walls with concrete which proved almost impossible to remove. Neil and Adrian came up with ingenious solutions to problems encountered. We also had ceilings lowered, a loft ladder installed and various electrical systems brought up to date. The additional work was carried out to the same exacting standards as the 'normal' bathroom refit. I can say without any doubt that Neil, Adam and Adrian are the most professional, personable and competent tradesmen I have ever employed. I would whole-heartedly recommend Aquaspark to anyone who seeks the best!

When we decided to have a new bathroom we researched Which Trusted Traders after being let down by a local firm and decided on Aquaspark. Following a meeting with Neil where he fully explained our options and advised us what was required we felt confident to go away for 2 weeks while the work was completed. He was always prompt when he came to visit and the quotations were delivered immediately. He kept us informed of the progress and was thoroughly professional throughout. Returning home and dreading the clean up we were pleasantly surprised and impressed to find that not only did we have a beautiful new bathroom but no mess and everything was clean and tidy. We are both absolutely delighted and will certainly recommend both Neil and Adam.

We would like to also echo the views from the previous review Dec 18. Neil and Adam work to a very high standard and we are very pleased with our new bathroom. Both are a great team and are very trustworthy. Dust sheets were put down and any mess (minimal) was cleared away each day. We had a couple of changes along the way, changing an extractor fan and having additional tiling in places but that’s was no bother at all to accommodate We were that pleased with the bathroom, we are having the en-suite done also.
