Really, I could not be more pleased. Replacing our (still working but very annoying) system was a huge decision and naturally I was very worried about selecting the right company for the job. However, from the outset I was convinced that Aquila understood our needs and they tailored the installation to meet those needs. I chose a high spec Worcester Bosch combi boiler and the result is amazing! Aquila sent along a team of four and the installation was completed by early/mid afternoon. I hardly noticed they were here - they didn't trouble us once! After they left it was hard to tell they'd even been through - nothing was out of place and everything clean and tidy. Every bit of the old system was removed. At last we have some peace in the house - no more noisy boiler, and no troublesome tank - and the water pressure is fantastic, with our mains-fed shower still powerful. Following the installation Aquila immediately registered the boiler with Worcester and I received confirmation directly from Worcester. In addition Aquila notified Building Control and I received a Gas Safe certificate through the post. Aquila also offer boiler cover - registering online was quick and easy. I only wish we'd replaced our system sooner. Fantastic!
