I first met Scott when I had a leak in a pipe under the floor boards. Since then he has done several jobs for me including boiler service replacing the water pump and 3 way valve fixing leaking toilet and replacing a radiator. He is always punctual friendly and polite his work is first class and obviously knows his job inside out. I would not use any other plumber now.

I've been using Aquila for several years now. Scott is really knowledgeable and clear to explain any work he needs to do. He has helped with boiler service, leaks and fitting a new radiator. He has also recently helped me with a plumbing emergency over a video call, without charging for his time.

I wholeheartedly recommend Scott, he is punctual, respectful and very tidy. Scott came out at short notice to replace the leaking and messy plumbing that had been installed by the kitchen fitter. He removed all of the pushfit joints and unnecessary clutter and left me with beautifully soldered, straight, tidy copper pipes. This was a difficult job in a tight space but Scott didn't complain at all and kept to his quote - no shoulder shrugging here. If there are any issues I don't doubt he'll come back either.

Scott replaced our old failed water softener with a Combimate water treatment device. It was very neatly done, on time and on budget. We were very pleased with the results and hope to use Scott again when the need arises.

Scott worked incredibly hard to ensure we had all the necessary information to make all the decisions regarding the replacement of our central heating system. Initial estimates were carefully quoted and explained. Our requests for additions and upgrades acted upon and only added when felt necessary or would complement, all after discussion and feedback. The work itself was completed to a very high standard and involved long days to complete on schedule with Scott working with another heating engineer (they’ve worked together before and work very well together). Scott is meticulous in his detail and desire for everything to be ‘just right’. One of the two way valves failed days after fitting, Scott was back very quickly to ensure this was rectified. I would very much recommend Aquilla for any work required, excellent customer service, quality of work and value.

Scott gave a quotation for our type of boiler, arranged a date, turned up n time and did an excellent job, also made time to do the pressurised water tank which I had forgotten to ask about, but also at a fair price. He gave lots of good advice too about our underfloor heating system. Thorough work and attention to detail, will certainly use him again.
