Scott of Aquila Heating Services is always knowledgeable, friendly and does a professional job. We had accidentally smashed the boiler waste pipe and Scott did a great job repairing it. He also services our boiler every year and does a job every time.

Scott came to service my boiler for the first time. The service he provided was excellent, from the initial phone call to final payment. His business is set up with the latest management processes, so the booking and arrival time is set and precise. His approach to the service work was professional and tidy, at all times keeping the work area clean, while showing respect for the surrounding area. He carried out a thorough service of the boiler, paying attention to the burner/igniter arrangement and the heat exchanger. Since the service, the boiler is performing well without any concern or issue. Final payment is on invoice and can be concluded by various means, I utilised bank transfer. As initially stated, this was the first time that I have used the services of Aquila Heating Services, however, from my experience on this visit I will be using his services again. Thank You!

We needed a couple of rad valves/stats replaced and a cold radiator attended to. All accomplished on the one vist. Good professional attitude, and explains what is being done. Impressed by care taken to avoid even the slighted collateral damage/mess!

I first met Scott when I had a leak in a pipe under the floor boards. Since then he has done several jobs for me including boiler service replacing the water pump and 3 way valve fixing leaking toilet and replacing a radiator. He is always punctual friendly and polite his work is first class and obviously knows his job inside out. I would not use any other plumber now.

I wholeheartedly recommend Scott, he is punctual, respectful and very tidy. Scott came out at short notice to replace the leaking and messy plumbing that had been installed by the kitchen fitter. He removed all of the pushfit joints and unnecessary clutter and left me with beautifully soldered, straight, tidy copper pipes. This was a difficult job in a tight space but Scott didn't complain at all and kept to his quote - no shoulder shrugging here. If there are any issues I don't doubt he'll come back either.

Have used Scott before for my boiler and my elderly fathers boiler. Always honest and efficient, ensuring that my elderly fathers boiler was fixed quickly. Very polite and understanding. Would recommend as a trusted trader.

Scott replaced our old failed water softener with a Combimate water treatment device. It was very neatly done, on time and on budget. We were very pleased with the results and hope to use Scott again when the need arises.
