We had a number of trees that required crown reduction/shaping and removal of ivy. The quote was detailed and accurate compared with final invoice. The work was carried out on the dates originally planned, and completed on time. All the mess was cleared up as they worked. The guys were friendly and polite. I would highly recommend.

First used Arb Pro to remove 1 Ash tree and reduce another in our garden in Nov 2019. From James initial quote, which was very competitive, to completion of the work in an efficient and tidy manner, we have been really happy with their work. Whilst doing the trees, James quoted for replacement fences on both sides of the garden. Fencing work completed on 7/2/20. Really pleased with the finished job, (which has stood up to Storm Ciara). The team caused minimal disruption, worked hard with good humour and a great deal of respect towards us, our property and our neighbours. It was a delight to have them complete the job and I would strongly recommend Arb Pro.

James and his team did an excellent job felling a tree was close to a busy road. They were very professional and tidy, and ensured the safety of the team, our house and road users at all times. I would highly recommend their services.

We’ve never needed a tree specialist before but when we moved we needed lots of large trees removing. James and his team talked us through all the options and the pros and cons, he was quick to respond to all my questions and very accommodating when we changed our mind. His quote was extremely competitive and he communicated everything very clearly. They completed the work very quickly and professionally. They clearly took safety very seriously and were quick to reassure neighbours of the work being completed. They were extremely tidy and we are over the moon with the finished garden. ARB Pro reduced and trimmed two cedar trees in my garden. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the knowledge and friendliness of the two tree surgeons, who consulted me at various stages to ensure that I was happy with the shape and height of the trees. They were punctual and worked very hard, tidying up after themselves.

Very pleased with the work that James and his team did for us, namely a reduction and removal of a number of large evergreens, as well as the erection of a new fence. What set James apart, aside from his skill as an arborist is that he was very reliable, quoted promptly and provided helpful, trusted advice and we felt he really went the extra mile. James & his team were tasked with the reduction by 50% of five 120 ft hybrid black poplars at the bottom of my garden. The trees were surrounded by over trees that I did not want to be damaged, which meant that some of the limbs had to be winched down, making it far from a straight-forward job. In spite of the extremely variable weather conditions, the guys worked hard to keep the job running to schedule, which was much appreciated. They also undertook their work in a very conscientious way, so as to ensure the trees retained as much form as possible, in spite of their significant haircut. Whilst on site James & his team ensured that the area they were working in was kept tidy to maintain a safe working environment, and all of the brash and logs were neatly piled up nearby. They put in full working days and were constantly beavering away whenever I can to see how they were getting on. I would wholeheartedly recommend James to anyone looking for a good arboriculturalist.

James and team reduced our beloved but poorly Ash Tree. It's a huge tree with rotting roots and so needed a careful reduction. From initial quote to job, James proved to be extremely responsive and helpful. His advice was great, workmanship very professional and the garden was tidier after the job than before :). I'd recommend James for any tree work and will definitely be using his services for all my future arborist needs.

I have no hesitation in recommending ARB Pro Tree Services. The tasks were to cut down a sycamore tree and to trim a hedge some 5o ft. tall down to a manageable 12 ft, James was very professional in his approach and very efficient in the way he carried out the tasks. If I am honest when he cleared away the branches etc. he left the garden in a better state than when he started. His pricing for the works were extremely competitive. A five star performance.
