AS-PRO Decorating

Adam and his colleague Craig redecorated our entire house recently, making good after a very poor job done for us a few years ago by an incompetent “decorator”. The poor quality of the previous job meant that Adam and Craig had to do a huge amount of preparation before they could start painting. The quality of all their work, including preparation, painting, varnishing, making good some damaged skirting, was superb. Their attention to detail bordered on obsessive, in a good way, and the internal decoration will now stand up to many years of hard wear, and still look good at the end of it. The guys also painted all our external woodwork, again with a lot of prep required and to a very high standard. Adam also suggested painting the faded guttering and downpipes, which has completely revitalised all drainage and improved the look of the house enormously. They cleared up completely each night, and were as quiet and discreet as it’s possible to be while decorating. I am very happy to recommend Adam, Craig and AS-Pro Decorating. They did a superb and very reasonably priced job for us, and we will definitely use them again when we need any more decorating.

Adam and Craig decorated my annexe. They have done a great job and were very helpful in solving a couple of issues I had with windows and tiling. They were always punctual and kept to their agreed schedule. I would highly recommend them!

Adam and Craig worked at my maisonette for 2 weeks just before Christmas. They were a pleasure to have a round and did a very professional job fully redecorating the stairwell/entrance way including boxing in an ugly electrical cable from a recent electrical install. They also fully prepared and repainted the bannister rails/stair rods, and my old wooden front door which now looks so much smarter - I love it. Adam was very flexible in his approach and dealt well with small changes of mind on colours and additions to their work schedule. In addition they blended in some electrical cut in work in the walls in the lounge to my existing self-decorated walls, and fully painted the new skirting boards and doors/door frames and painted my new loft hatch. All surfaces were very thoroughly prepared to a high standard and I have already tasked Adam with quoting on some further work in the interior and exterior of the property. I do a little DIY myself and Adam wasn't too proud to give some advice, recognising that I know when to call the professionals in ;-) but also knowing that I do enjoy having a go myself. More than likely likely for less hassle and a professional finish I'll call Adam and Craig several more times in the future.

Adam redecorated our kitchen over the course of a week while we were away on holiday with our newborn baby. He was tidy, efficient and did an excellent job! There was timely communication throughout, and he asked lots of questions to ensure he got all the details right. It was lovely to come back from holiday to a freshly decorated kitchen. We will definitely ask Adam back again to paint our bedroom when the time comes.

I first contacted Adam about painting the entirety of our house internally late last year. He was very up front straight away about when he'd be available the following spring, which I appreciated. I had a lot of questions for Adam during the run up to the work starting, having never had a house decorated before. He always responded promptly and was very helpful. He and Craig have done a beautiful job painting the walls, doors and woodwork. They removed wallpaper, made good any marks and holes in the walls, they helped tidy up one of our skirting boards to get the Virgin cable behind it, refitted it and even replaced some damaged beading in our hallway. They were also excellent at touching up areas on the walls, where we created marks refitting our blinds, as if nothing had happened. They were so respectful of our house and space, particularly as we were working from home. They left the house tidy and dust free every day. They were on time every morning and did a full day's work each day to get the job done. Adam was particularly patient and helpful when we realised that we didn't like one of the paints we had chosen and he gave us good advice and helped with samples to find the right alternative. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending AS-Pro Decorating for any of your decorating needs. They are friendly, professional and excellent at what they do.

We can't praise Adam and Craig highly enough. They were punctual, neat, trustworthy and a pleasure to have in our home. They decorated our Lounge, Garden Room, Hallway/Stairs and Kitchen. The attention to detail throughout was excellent, especially as we had given them some tricky remedial work to repair. We didn't think it was possible to get excited about Coving, but now we are. Adam's wallpapering expertise was equally impressive. Any queries we had were dealt with easily and we have every intention of using them again in the future.

Adam and Craig have just finished painting/decorating 5 rooms in my house over a 5 week period. They were absolutely professional, polite, reliable, competent and trustworthy at all points of the process, from the quote to the end. They were also completely respectful of my home and of the fact that it is my workplace at the moment. The work couldn't have been done better and nothing was too much trouble. I recommend Adam and Craig without hesitation.

Decorated our living room and hallway/stairwell/landing in Feb 2021 and we are very pleased with the process from quotation to finish. Adam had suggestions (which we took) on how to approach some things but was not pushy, which we appreciated. We used Adam & Craig from AS pro decorating for a full house decoration project, which included allot of sanding down panelling and woodwork, filling in holes, painting and wallpapering. Their work was absolutely amazing, they turned up early and prompt every single day and worked long hours, there workmanship was second to none, they are complete perfectionists, the work was to an extremely high quality, Adam and Craig are such nice guys, they were very polite , well mannered, trusty worthy and respectful, they always tidied up after themselves aswell. I cannot rate them highly enough and I look forward to using them again soon to paint the outside of my house. If you want a top quality perfect job these are your guys !

We used AS Pro for our Hall & Stairs in August, at the last minute I also asked them to include my Dining Room whilst I was on holiday. The team worked round the clock to complete the work before our return. The workmanship was to such a good standard that we have just used AS Pro again to decorate our Lounge. I cannot recommend AS Pro highly enough.
