Arrived on time. Worked cleanly and were conscientious and efficient. Explained in detail the operation of control of the chair lift and left two instruction sheets allowing for one to be lost. The lift is simple to use and does the job quietly. In all, 100%.

I contacted Associated Stair lifts after having no luck with Acorn Stair lifts who were a complete waste of time. When I rang Associated I spoke to Andy, explained the problem with my mothers stair lift. He rang me back within 10 minutes, had what I needed & the engineer was with my mother the following week. First class service all round.
