I am absolutely delighted with the installation of a stairlift by SABRE. The young man Jack Towers from Associated stairlifts who installed it was brilliant. Wonderful to witness such a good job and amazingly took just over 1 hour from start to finish.MS

I used this company as my mum was struggling with the stairs, and I have to say that they were so patient, considerate and helpful throughout the whole process. My mum was reluctant initially to have one installed but the team worked so swiftly and efficiently and made the whole experience worry free.. My mum now loves the stairlift and wonders what she ever did without it.. and for me it gives peace of mind knowing she is safe. A huge thank you to Belle, Eve and the team

I received excellent service from initial query to fitting. I needed the stairlift asap to enable my husband to get downstairs I was able to submit measurements and photos on line which speeded the process considerably Fitting was arranged within 2 days They talked me through everything to expect The fitter was polite and friendly he did an excellent job Would highly recommend them

Originally purchased 2 years ago, I was contacted by Associated Stairlifts as my stairlift was due for it's annual service. A mutually acceptable date and time was agreed and on the appointed day (yesterday) I received a call from the engineer to say that he would be arriving in approximately 30 mins as arranged. Rory, the engineer, who had also installed the stairlift when it was new, was both polite and efficient. He set to work and very quickly had the stairlift fully dismantled for testing and servicing. I have had no issues with either Associated Stairlifts or the equipment that they supplied and installed - and on this occassion was particularly impressed with the thoroughness of the work carried out. I am looking forwards to a continued good relationship with the company and it's products for hopefully years to come and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Associated Stairlift installed Stairlift for us. The staff are always so pleasant on the telephone when every we call. The installers were very friendly, courteous and did not leave a mess. Ian and Jack turned up spot on time, both very friendly and cheerful, cracked on straight away even though the track was very heavy. Every step was explained professionally and exact, the use of the equipment was gone through from start to finish. Jack even answered my front door to a friend. No mess at all, everything taken away. The device works perfectly, no issues. I would have no problem recommending this company highly to anyone at all. However, neither of them had tea or coffee or biscuits 🤔 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

From start to finish this company came over as being professional Starting with the original enquiry when I spoke with a human being and not a machine, the person who turned up on time and gave the quotation. Almost finishing with the 2 young men who did the installation and who left no mess at all and gave us very clear instructions on how to use the stairlift. And finally when I did have trouble operating it I called up the company and they talked me through what I had done wrong and got me going again. It works really well and these are good people to do business with

My daughter and I called into their premises without a prior appointment and were shown a range of stairlifts by a very nice lady, who was warm and welcoming. She discussed the options to ensure that the stairlift would meet my personal needs and was able to quote a price. An appointment was made for our stairs to be measured. The man who came was helpful and discussed a date for the fitting, on a date which was suitable to me. The fitter arrived at the time arranged and after fitting it, explained how to use it. He tided up after himself and he too was very polite and helpful. I am extremely pleased with the stairlift and can highly recommend this company.

Very reliable from start to finish. Everyone very helpful on the telephone answering my questions. I was kept up-to-date at every stage of the job. I live 200 miles away from my parents, so I was organising everything from a distance. The installation of a Stair Lift couldn't have gone better. Even the recommendation of a plumber to move the radiator went smoothly. My Mum and Dad are very pleased.

Initially emailed Associated Stairlifts on a Sunday to enquire about the possibilities of having rental stairlift for my 91 year old mother. I receive an email back the next day and a telephone call from Eve. Eve was very friendly and polite and extremely helpful. She talked me through the options and pricing, explaining things clearly. Having arranged to supply measurements and some photographs, Eve contacted me again upon receipt of them and after confirming things with one of the engineers a date for the installation. The whole process from enquiry to installation took no more than 10 days. The fitting was carried out in a timely manner with no mess and very promptly. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. The lift is running smoothly and my mother is finding it easy to operate. My wife had an unexpected stay in hospital and now needs help to climb the stairs. After a frustrating time contacting the usual big name companies I did some Googling and found Associated Stairlifts. What a difference, I visited the showroom and all the various options were clearly shown, my options discussed and the equipment demonstrated. There was no pressure and the pricing was clearly laid out. After confirming the details with my wife an order was placed and installation was scheduled for the following week. The engineer was helpful, competent and explained everything to me. He cleaned up and there was no mess left. It has been a trying time but Associated Stairlifts were courteous, professional supportive and did what they said they would do, all for a very reasonable price. Service as it should be. If you need a stairlift make sure to contact then to get advice and a quote.

After a road accident, I needed a temporary stairlift while my legs heal. I chose Associated Stairlift because they were helpful and professional from the start. Their rates for rental are very competitive and the lift was fitted within a few days. Great service and helpful staff at every stage, highly recommended.

Telephoned Associated Stairlifts to discuss possibilities of having rental stairlift and the lady at the end of the phone was extremely helpful. A date was fixed for survey in a short space of time. Survey carried out to my satisfaction and a date for fitting in less than week was arranged. The fitting was carried out in a timely manner with no mess and very promptly. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. The lift is running smoothly.

The time had come where a stairlift would enhance my mobility within my home. I took my time to research different company’s and read all small print in the details. I booked some different companies to assist in my decision. I knew what questions should be asked by the company’s I had invited to assist in my purchase. I was surprised that not all the information was straight forward a straight answer would have been the knowledge that was required of the salesman. The variation of different quotes for same product puzzles me as they had to think about price not the right feedback I was expecting and the various questions that were not addressed fully. So when the gentleman from associated stairlifts came to our home straight away he introduced himself told us about his company was very knowledgeable and consistent in his answers. I had done my research into stairlifts and was amazed at the full level of knowledge he had picking up small problems that needed slight adjustment. The way the gentleman knew straight of his head the way the stair lift would fit. It was a really great incentive to listen to him and knew he was a dedicated and professional company. We knew within a few minutes of being in our home we would be happy to have his company install our new stair lift. He chatted about everything his knowledge was truly positive and this is because he was very passionate about getting me the right product. Asking about price straight off the top head no need for pen paper.

We cannot be happier with the service we received from Associated Stairlifts. During all our contacts with the office staff we were met with nothing but patience, understanding and the reassurances we needed to guide us, as a family, through this totally unfamiliar situation. Within two days, the surveyor, Rob, did just that, a site survey with no hard sell, just treating my father with the kindness and patience he deserves in his own home. Only two weeks later the installation engineer, Ian, worked wonders to quickly install the stairlift within two hours. He explained how to use the lift clearly and tidied up after he had finished, taking any rubbish with him. My father is a completely different person with his independence restored!! From the first contact they were efficient and helpful, they were able to fit the curved stairlift only a week or so after I enquired, the workmen were quick and tidied up afterwards. And good value for money. Thanks for a great service.

After my father passed away we needed to have a stairlift removed. Most firms, including the original installers, wanted to charge for this. After a little searching I established contact with Belle who simply asked for some pictures and basic details from which she confirmed that free removal could be arranged, and that I would receive a payment as well. An appointment was made and Jack turned up promptly. He politely and efficiently removed the stairlift, ready for it to go and serve someone else in the future. By the time I returned home the money had already been paid to my account. Excellent communication and service throughout all our dealings.

Recommended by a neighbour the stairlift is exactly what we wanted. The self service measurement option meant that we only required one visit. The installer was very helpful with some detail we required. Reasonably priced and folding neatly away when not in use means that the stairs can used as normal if required. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend Associated Stairlifts.

When I first enquired about a stairlift the receptionist was most helpful guiding me through the various options available. When Andy came out to measure up he again went through the process of fitting and what to expect. The day that it was fitted went really smoothly and the technician ensured that I was confident in using it. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I found Associated stairlift on the Internet. I was looking to buy one, but for the option to rent I rang the company. The receptionist was very very helpful. Explained the process of renting and what the price range was. I was told that if I wanted to, I’m so confident I could use a guide to measure the stairlift and also advised to take some pictures. She also explained that if I was not confident in this, they will send an engineer to measure it, I’ve done it myself and reception said the engineer would bring two different lengths of truck. They came within two days fitted it and it was up and running for when my wife came out of hospital. Cannot speak highly enough of this company for the professionalism and courtesy Sean

Associated Stairlifts could not have been more helpful when we were deciding on a stairlift for my mother. They provided great advice and although quite a complicated installation due to two curves, they were sure they could help. The installers had a 7 hour round trip, and the installation was done in about 2.5 hours. They were really quick, friendly and made no mess at all. I would definitely recommend them.

My elderly father required a stair lift fitting asap. I contacted Associated stairlifts and a well known National company and the service, customer care, value for money and approach from Associated stairlifts, in comparison to the other company, left my father and I in no doubt that he should rent a stairlift from them. Excellent value for money (unlike the well known other company) and even better, no hard sell from the first phone call I made to Associated stairlifts and also when Andy (who owns the company) come to measure up and discuss the best options. Appointment to measure up was this Wednesday then fitting and installation 2 days later (today). Rory who installed it today was extremely professional, polite and efficient, working quickly but then taking as much time as my father needed afterwards to try out the lift and ensure he felt confident and comfortable using it. It is such a refreshing change to deal with a company that genuinely cares for and puts their customers first. Thank you, my father is now much safer, comfortable and confident in his own home.

I have to say that it's great to get a company that do what they say. From my first phone contact with them until work completed they were first class. The lady I spoke with gave me all the info we needed. The price quoted was the price we paid. No hidden costs. We decided to rent the stairlift for my 94 year old father. After we made that decision we were visited by an engineer who took the measurements and told us exactly what the cost would be. It was the same as the lady I spoke to initially. Within a week of the engineer visiting dads stairlift was up and running. The fitters were great just got on with the job and took their time to explain everything about the stairlift to my father. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a stairlift.
