We are a long established independent family-run business with over 30 years experience and have firmly gained a reputation for quality customer service and value for money. We operate nationwide throughout the UK to supply quality new, reconditioned and rental stairlifts for straight or curved staircases.

The service we received from everyone at Associated Stairlifts was nothing less than Outstanding. From my first conversation with Eve in Sales, through to the fitters Kieron and Luke, dads stairlift was installed within 48hrs. After 3wks of dad being in the hospital, it took a lot of the worry away, of him returning home post-operative. Thank you to all of you. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

As soon as I knew I would have to have a hip replacement I began to investigate whether it was possible to hire a stair lift. I was very impressed with Associated Stairlifts and the information they gave me. Once I had a date for the operation I contacted them again and they arranged to send a surveyor. This was a very good thing as it turned out that my stairs are narrower than normal, and I had to have a special lift with a frame at the back, allowing me to stand rather than sitting. The installation went well on the date arranged, and after the operation, I found it a godsend as my stairs are steep and I don't think I could have managed without it. The lift has now been taken away as I no longer need it.

We needed a stairlift installed at quite short notice. I made the enquiry on Monday and the installation was completed on Thursday of the same week. The self service measurement option on the website meant that we only needed one visit. The engineer was polite and helpful and the installation of a straight chair lift took approx. 1.5 hours, including paperwork and user demonstration. Very happy so far.

What an supportive and can do company they are. Trying to get consent for getting a stair lift fitted from social housing was a challenge but this company went the extra mile to get it all done. Associated Stairlifts made the installation of our unit simple, straightforward and stress-free. The office manager, company boss and fitting engineer all worked together to answer my questions promptly, suggest different fitting options and install the lift with the minimum of fuss and bother. The engineer called us thirty minutes before arrival, installed the unit within an hour and a half, gave us a helpful demonstration, answered our questions and that was it. Less than three weeks from initial inquiry to installation. My partner and I are very pleased!

I was recommended Associated Stair Lifts Ltd by an Occupational Therapist at East Surrey Hospital back in 2018 as his father in law had used them previously. Having called them, a stairlift was delivered and installed promptly and proved to be a life saver, allowing me to transport my mother up and down stairs. I found the company to be both prompt and helpful in all aspects of their service during the past four years and would have no problem in highly recommending them whether renting or buying. Unfortunately due to my mother being bedbound there is no longer a requirement but in a personal way I am sad to see it go.

Just had this lift installed as I needed one urgently for my wife Contacted several NHS suggested suppliers who didn’t impress over the phone, then after doing my own research discovered Associated Stairlifts. Initial phone contact was polite & informative & emailed a brochure immediately. The site survey was arranged for the following Tuesday & the stairlift fitting on Thursday if I so wished. It all went like clockwork. So in 7 days from initial contact to fitting ( with a weekend in between) it was all done. Polite informative staff, expert fitter. All businesses should be this good. Impressive!

Very efficient company and reasonable prices. The initial contact on 03/10/2022, was excellent, very knowledgeable sales support. Two days later Andy did a site survey and explained all options clearly, and I placed an order for a nearly new refurbished stairlift for £1250. Six days later the stairlift was installed by Rory. He was a very efficient worker and left the stairs spotless after installation. After my excellent experience with Associated Stairlifts would recommend this company to anyone.

Our engineer, Luke, could not have been more efficient or professional. He carried out a brilliant service on my refurbished chairlift and was able to answer all my questions, as well as offering advice should I need to turn off the machine to enable household electrical work to be undertaken. I purchased my chairlift a year ago and every member of staff from the lady who answers the phone, Jack who installed it and today’s engineer, Luke, have been delightful. The stairlift fitters arrived on time to fit my Flow X stairlift. They were very personable and professional and carried out the work quietly and proficiently. Suddenly faced with the need to consider a stairlift and anxiously expecting the process would be costly and require some building disturbance, I was relieved and reassured upon contacting this company that all my needs would be met through renting a stairlift on a monthly basis. Less than ten days passed from enquiry to assessment and fitting, by pleasant efficient engineers, I now have installed a top range stairlift, with minimal fuss and the promise that when it’s no longer required it will be removed, leaving only a pressure imprint on the stair carpet which can be brushed out. I feel very relieved and can trust Associated Stairlifts to support our needs over the next months.
