Excellent response and service
We had an issue with our stairlift (we had crashed it into an open cupboard door - oops!) The service provided was excellent - from the prompt , polite and helpful answer to our initial phone call, to the phone call from their engineer - to try and avoid a call out charge - due to our carelessness. Between us we sorted out the problem, everything is now working and we are very happy customers. Also they were just pleased for us and did not try to prompt a positive review, very refreshing.

Associated Stairlifts provided, fitted and removed a rental stairlift for my father. The cost was reasonable and the service very easy to use, particularly when compared to other stairlift companies, which take a "hard sell" approach. I would not hesitate to recommend Associated Stairlifts.
