We operate nationwide throughout the UK to supply quality new, reconditioned and rental stairlifts for straight or curved staircases.

Andy did the survey for my dad's stairlift. Very friendly and professional with no " hard sell" Stairlift was installed / fitted on wed 5th March by Luke and Jo. Very professional and efficient. I've just used Associated Stairlifts to supply and install a stairlift at my Mum's. From the start (initial visit last July) to the finish (Friday before last) the whole experience was hassle-free and the service was excellent. The lads who came to do the installation were quick, efficient, professional and courteous, and had finished the installation in 2 1/2 hours. The result is great and my Mm can now get up and down stairs so much more easily than before. I would definitely recommend them for anyone considering a stairlift.

Recommended by a work colleague initial contact was made via their web portal. Measurements and a few photo's uploaded followed by a very efficient phone conversation with office staff produced a suitable date of install and covered pricing etc. The installation day went extremely well with the guys very polite clean working and by the time they had made firm friends with our German Shepherd. Excellent experience and highly recommended.

Contacted on line re stairlift. Very helpful young lady quickly answered all my questions, and a friendly and very helpful surveyor came to measure up within a couple of days. Four days later two polite, quick and very tidy workers came and the stairlift was installed within an hour. Would recommend this firm to family and friends. A very happy customer.

Contacted via online inquiry to get stairlift fitted asap. Call back later the same day & after a few questions was sorted with a rental option & surveyor appointment within days. Very polite surveyor came & measured up to confirm fit. Four days later, an engineer was here to fit a very tidy stairlift. Rory was very polite, friendly & a really quick & tidy worker. The stairlift was completed within a couple of hours. Very happy customer.

Great service, arranged the removal of my mums stairlifts as we are having to sell her property. Belle in the office emailed back promptly to arrange the collection and the engineer Rory removed the stairlift without any issues and it now looks like there was never one fitted which is great. I was paid very promptly, hopefully the parts will be used to keep someone else in their house as long as possible. Great service that made life just a little bit simpler.

Hi I called associated stairlifts was told the price to fit and rent the stair lift . Then two days later they came around to measure up very freindly guy and I paid a £100 deposit over the phone ! A Few days later they came around to fit the stairlift , it only took around one and a half hours to fit was shown how to use the chair and remotes ! I used this company as my mum was struggling with the stairs, and I have to say that they were so patient, considerate and helpful throughout the whole process. Originally purchased 2 years ago, I was contacted by Associated Stairlifts as my stairlift was due for it's annual service. A mutually acceptable date and time was agreed and on the appointed day (yesterday) I received a call from the engineer to say that he would be arriving in approximately 30 mins as arranged. Rory, the engineer, who had also installed the stairlift when it was new, was both polite and efficient. He set to work and very quickly had the stairlift fully dismantled for testing and servicing. I have had no issues with either Associated Stairlifts or the equipment that they supplied and installed - and on this occassion was particularly impressed with the thoroughness of the work carried out. I am looking forwards to a continued good relationship with the company and it's products for hopefully years to come and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Ian and Jack turned up spot on time, both very friendly and cheerful, cracked on straight away even though the track was very heavy. Every step was explained professionally and exact, the use of the equipment was gone through from start to finish. Jack even answered my front door to a friend. No mess at all, everything taken away. From start to finish this company came over as being professional Starting with the original enquiry when I spoke with a human being and not a machine, the person who turned up on time and gave the quotation. Almost finishing with the 2 young men who did the installation and who left no mess at all and gave us very clear instructions on how to use the stairlift. And finally when I did have trouble operating it I called up the company and they talked me through what I had done wrong and got me going again.
