Had a problem with lock on double glazed window. Other widow repairs quoted a two week wait to attend. Contacted Damon and he came next day and fitted new mechanism within an hour. I now have his card and would not hesitate to use him again.

I called Monday the thirtieth to get help with a broken front door lock, Aston locks were very helpful-gave me a rough idea of cost over the phone. Came on the thirty first to fix the lock. They managed to get it working so I can use the lock and save me some money (just moved in) and also gave me a rough price of a full new lock in the future if that’s what I decided to do. Couldn’t be more helpful and reliable.

I have used this company twice already and cannot recommend it enough. Daimon was very professional and did an excellent job with my front door, first by replacing the letterbox with a stronger and better one, and recently, by replacing the door lock. I will most definitely use his service again.

Damien and l arranged a time. He was punctual, clean and tidy. Moved the strike plate and got the door working. So l contacted him again as four weeks later the lock was playing up. Came to my home again. The same door moved the locking plate, adjusted the mechanism, and the door locks beautifully now. On his way out l asked him if he could look at the door mechanism of my dining room as my wife was worried it might have similar problems. He looked at the door and said it was stiff and sprayed WD40 into and advised to repeat for a couple of more times over the next few weeks. On his way out he noticed two of the pins on the front door had raised and just to me to hammer them back in. Best of all l didn’t get charged for his second visit and l thought his price of seventy pounds The future was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aston Locks and Damien for their services and would definitely use him if l need something done in the future

I called Damian on the Friday and the following Tuesday he came to rectify the issues we had. The matter was not urgent but Damian was extremely reliable and prompt. I had explained the situation with the doors and locks the expected cost was explained over the phone. I was fully aware of how much it was going to cost. Damian is a professional and he did a great job quickly. The doors all open effortlessly now and are in great working order.

I had a real emergency with my young daughter with special needs being able to open/break my old window locks. Daimon fitted me in as an emergency and the locks were all replaced within an hour. He then came back to carry out further non-urgent work a week later. He arrived when he said he would, the work was carried out to a high standard at the cost he quoted, and he was really friendly and pleasant. I will definitely use his services again.

Answered immediately and grasped the problem straight away. It was an issue with window catches and a concealed door closer in a rental property and I was given an idea of the likely cost (accurate, as it turned out) there & then. They arranged to visit our tenant, fixed all the issues and called to give me feedback on what the problems had been and what had been done to fix them. Excellent fast, professional and well-priced service. Had an issue with the deadbolts not retracting on my front door. Spoke with Daimon and he was able to come out and fix the problem on the same day. Door required a new lock mechanism which Daimon supplied and fitted at a very competitive price. Daimon was great. We found him on Which, and of 5 or so locksmiths we contacted, he was the only one to respond without having to chase up. He came round quickly despite having a busy schedule to give us an accurate quotation and timeframe. He talked through options to give us various solutions and prices (our deadlock on the front door no longer worked, so we were upgrading all doors at the same time). He completed the work on time, the cost was exactly what was quoted, any problems with ordering parts that weren’t in stock he let us know straight away and kept us informed of any price differences. He also steered us away from options that weren’t of high enough quality which we also really appreciated (no one wants a broken lock in a couple of years!). I noticed he also had a dustpan and brush in his bag - where he had worked was immaculate so he must have swept up! Recently moved house and needed to change locks on the front door. Got Damians number from which trustee trader. Gave him a call and arranged for him to come over the following day. Damian completed the job quickly and efficiently price was £95 which I thought was value for money. Would definitely use again.

Daimon from Aston Locks replaced a window mechanism and adjusted the keeps on a Upvc window. He agreed a date and time and a price and kept to them. He is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. His price for the work was reasonable, he did it well and also passed on some tips to prolong the life of the locks and mechanisms of the windows he repaired. Highly recommended.

I needed two windows looked at in my house, one of which the handle wouldn’t open and the other the handle wouldn’t shut. After emailing Daimon I received a prompt response, he called me the next day and came round to take a look at the windows that same day. He gave a clear indication of cost range over the phone and once at my house he looked over the windows and kept me informed of what he was going to do and how much it would cost, checking if I was happy for him to go ahead. He replaced both window handles very quickly and both windows are now in full working order. I would highly recommend Aston Locks for their professional service.

Came to my rescue at 8pm at night after my front door lock busted and I was locked inside. Explained the complexity of the lock I currently had and advised it would be best not to fix in the dark. Came back at 9am the next day and managed to get the lock off and replaced, also advised of the various replacement options. Great work, would highly recommend.

I rang, explained the problem, was quoted a price. Damon went to my Mum's at the time stated, fixed the lock at the price quoted and offered free aftercare should there be a problem. The chubb lock on my front door was jamming. I thought I would need a replacement. Daimon arranged to come next day, having clearly explained his charges. He arrived on time and replaced a part in the lock, so I didn't need to pay for a replacement. He cut me an extra key and also gave advice on an issue with another door.
