Our kitchen is also the dining area with a small sitting area. Phil and Dave gutted everything, including the tiled floor, moved a wall so that the freezer/fridge/double oven run would be flush with the rest of the wall and put an extra wall in the room adjacent to create a wardrobe. Excellent advice was given on skirting/window sills to be used plus door handles etc. We now have brilliant space with very well fitted units, oak doors and skirtings etc, cracking floor and lots of great lighting. Well done to the team, the inevitable disruption was kept to a minimum and we had a great friendly rapport. They even brought their own milk!!. Excellent workmanship and completely recommended.

We were recommended Phil Morris (and Dave) by Leakes. Once we had chosen our kitchen we were able to chose a date at our convenience. The work was completed to a high standard, with consideration to our needs. The men were polite, approachable and very tidy. They minimised the interference we experienced. They were especially thoughtful regarding my mobility issues. Their work was completed on time and the quote given was matched by the final cost. We would use them again and have pleasure recommending them.

I had an old, dated kitchen for 23 years and went to Leekes for a new kitchen. My main concern was finding a good builder as my past experiences have not been great. Leekes recommended Aurora Kitchens. Phil Morris came and gave me a quote and gave advice on the best layout and function of the kitchen. I had part of a wall knocked down including all aspects of a new kitchen and new flooring. Phil and Dave were very friendly and considerate and they did a great job. The kitchen has been completely transformed and I'm so pleased with the work. They even did some repair work to a wall in the living room at the same time. They are highly experienced and skilled kitchen fitters. They stuck to the agreed price. I would highly recommend using Aurora Kitchens.

Phill was contracted on a labour-only basis to install a kitchen and utility room, supplied by Leekes. He and Dave turned up at the promised date and time and ran through the Leekes schematics to completely understand our requirements. Throughout the install, it was clear to see that the quality of workmanship was second to none - nothing beats an experienced tradesperson! A couple of the units supplied by Leekes were found to be damaged when opening the boxes - Phill took it upon himself to deal with Leekes and have replacements sent out. This meant that the installation of units went seamlessly as far as we, the customers, were concerned. Own kettle and drinks supplied....all rubbish removed....sundry fittings supplied at no extra cost....and a couple of decent fellas! Even when Leekes let us down with a delivery date for the worktops, Phill wasn't phased. He said to just contact him when the worktops were delivered. The last of the worktops were delivered on a Saturday and fully installed just a couple of days later, on the Tuesday - no fuss and an excellent service. I would recommend this Company without hesitation. Working in construction myself, I can be pretty critical when it comes to "building stuff" - but even I am struggling to find a negative aspect to the whole package offered by Aurora Kitchens.

We used Phil, Aurora Kitchens, to fit our new kitchen and the service was exemplary. Phil and Dave were with us daily and I could not fault their commitment or workmanship. Friendly, efficient service above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for our new kitchen.

This involved: taking out old fittings, removing 3 layers of lino from the floor, preparing for tiling floor and painting the walls. The work was done with minimum interference to us - they even had their own kettle. The units were delivered on time and fitted well.All electrical ands work done. The tiling is excellent. The new double oven is fine. Mr Morris communicated well - anything in doubt was quickly resolved. No extra charges though some extra work done - fitted a new windowsill to replace a marked one.All work paid for on the agreed schedule.

Excellent and professional work. Time keeping impeccable. All work carried out to an extremely high standard, together with a good back up service. Trustworthy person who because of family bereavement we were happy tp leave alone in the home, also very understanding asking if we wanted time alone.

New kitchen installed just before first lockdown purchased from Wickes, clean tidy workers who did a reasonable job. A cupboard fell off the wall and due to covid restrictions I put it back myself, then the expensive flooring started cracking because it had been laid over ceramic tiles without any screed or underlay, then the saga begins. Contacted Wickes who said it was not their fault, contacted the fitter who took quite a while to come and see it, when he did he admitted that it was his fault and that he would put it right ( trust me ) despite many calls he didn't come back, so we eventually contacted the Furniture Ombudsman who was very helpful and two years later it is only just getting resolved, so now we have to look forward to the disruption in the kitchen all over again to have the floor lifted and replaced being fitted properly. This has taken all of the enjoyment of having a new luxury kitchen that we paid a lot of money for and paid the fitter, so although there are positive comments here I can't be one of them, totally disappointed with the service.

Ordered new Kitchen from Leekes, Crosshands, who recommended Aurora Kitchens of Swansea to remove old kitchen and replace with new one. Redecorate where necessary and replace new tiling. Dates confirmed and quotation given and, agreed for work to be carried out over a 2 week period. They arrived at 7.45am as promised and worked continuously for 7-8 hours each day, with removed kitchen carcass stacked neatly outside and redecoration carried out meticulous as was the installation, electrics/gas, plumbing work and removal of waste. This all took place during Covid and to have 2 large men in your home with no kitchen yourself, could have been a troubling time, but hats off to them both as they almost became part of the household although at a required distance. First class service and completed on time.

After getting a few quotes for a new kitchen, some wouldn’t do flooring, or you had to get a plumber or electrician, we found Aurora Kitchens was offering all the work to be carried out by themselves and at a price which beat competitors by £3000 and more. Phill worked with us on the design, which we could see on his tablet and also helped us choose the type and colour of units. From day one it was a pleasure to deal with Phill, any queries we had were no trouble to answer or resolve. Damp issues from leaks in plumbing were fixed when rerouting plumbing and all-electric sockets moved to suit new kitchen, all painting is done very neatly, also fitted new hob, oven, built-in extractor fan and dishwasher. Cleverly placed sockets in units for pump, dishwasher and washing machine. All work carried by Phill and Dave, all done to a very high standard, all fittings beautifully done. Phill took pride in achieving the best kitchen for us. Our kitchen now is very modern looking with all new appliances and actually looks roomier due to a clever design solution. Simply put, Aurora Kitchens are a one-stop for all your kitchen requirements, all jobs from designing to plumbing, electrics and fittings all done to a high standard and every day the boys would clean up after themselves and leave kitchen clean.

Aurora installed our new kitchen and utility room in the summer. The work was commenced on time, to the highest standard, taking into account all our exacting demands. The team were courteous, tidy & completed the work for the agreed quotation. The project did run over by half a week, mainly due to supply issues from the manufacturers. I have to say, we are very fussy customers, and were very nervous about spending quite a bit on a new kitchen. But as soon as we met up with Phil we were reassured and made to feel at ease with his willingness to work with us on all aspects of the process. We bought a full kitchen, which Phil and his team fitted, and were fully advised and kept in the loop on all aspects of the process. They did some quite bespoke features for us, including a large, oversized central breakfast bar. The attention to detail is just phenomenal. I have to say, hand on heart, the work has far exceeded my expectations in every way. We wanted to keep some appliances, and they cleverly embedded them into the design. We had some issues to overcome with the preparation of the walls, but they just took it all in their stride - you can see that they have been doing this, successfully, for many years. There were no surprises, we were kept in the loop with all decisions along the way. They kept in touch after completion, stressing that if we had any questions, or issues, to let them know. It is rare to find this kind of service these days. Our son has autism, so they were keen to work with us to limit the impact of any noisy work, or loss of appliances, etc. to keep any disruption to a minimum. Hardworking, completely trustworthy, and great attention to detail. We've had so many compliments about the kitchen the last few weeks. Just brilliant.

Phill has exceeded my expectations with my new kitchen, it’s light modern and somehow looks bigger. He did our plan and we fell in love with it our kitchen is amazing. His work is completed to a very high standard and nothings to much trouble. Both Phill and Dave are very friendly and approachable. I have a very small and confined kitchen space which was in need of some serious modernisation. I requested a visit from Aurora kitchens to see what could be achieved. From the beginning I was very impressed by Phill's professionalism and knowledge. He appreciated my vision with regards to layout and produced a design which not only met my requirements but exceeded them. It was a 3 week job to replace the kitchen and utility room and Phill did all the work himself including plastering, electrics, flooring and painting with great attention to detail. Warm, friendly and reliable. Quoted a reasonable price and time scale for a extremely professional finish. Many years experience which they presented in every manner of the job and per themselves. Very respectful with cleaning and timekeeping. It is just a shame they don't do all work as I would have them undertake all future projects.
