Having used Autocraft over a number of years, for a variety of vehicles, I have always found them to be excellent in terms of repairs and routine servicing as well as for MOT tests. They'll give you an honest assessment of what needs doing and you can actually talk to the guys who do the work. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Good service from Sam as usual. Been having my MOT done here for the past three years with Sam and he’s always been efficient and good with communication on any repairs etc. Just had my handbrake cable done and wipers. Got my car back at time he said. It ended up being cheaper than what I was originally quoted which is a result as my financial circumstances have changed so always good to get savings. Very easy experience. I would recommend as he’s always been so helpful.

Sam and his team have looked after all of my family's cars, not just the MOT's, they also do all the servicing and repairs, fast excellent service at a good price, not once have I felt they were trying to have me over with unnecessary bits, which I found was the norm with the other garages I used before discovering AUTOCRAFT. Good work guys! :)

I was having intermittent problems with the running of my car. It even absolutely stopped at one stage. I went into Autocraft and they did some tests and I was advised that it was probably a fuel-line problem as they had done various tests. They changed the fuel filter and advised that I maybe changed where I was getting my fuel from as there had been other people reporting similar problems. I must admit that since they changed the filter I have had no further problems with the running of the car. They are polite and don't mind explaining the problems. Colin was the mechanic who did the work and he wasn't treating me as if I was an idiot for not knowing how a car runs. Brilliant service and not as expensive as was thinking it could be.

Service/ MOT - brakes- ha e had three cars in there every year several times as were all high mileage drivers and they not only do the requested work but look for ongoing maintenance/ issues so we don?t end up stranded on motorways. Highly recommended and have used for years.

New brakes and shocks on my vehicle. A free Winter Vehicle Check was also carried out. This gave me peace of mind my vehicle was safe and had sufficient lubricants in it. The staff were very friendly, helpful, prompt and informative and kept to the time schedule. All in all a fantastic service. I would highly recommend.
