Shener and Abdul helped out at short notice and decorated an entire one bed flat from top to bottom in a single day. They worked conscientiously and tidily and to a very high standard. I was delighted with the result.

I was indeed a damsel in distress when this trader rescued me and rectified some shoddy workmanship of a previous workman, in my bathroom and kitchen. The work was very well done, with consultation all the way through, so that I could make any necessary input. The men were thorough and painstaking, whilst wasting no time in doing what was needed. The sealant around my bath, which was most unsatisfactory, is now clearly as it should be, with no chance of water going behind it, which is crucial for me, as there is a flat below me. My kitchen cupboards, which had been fitted terribly, such that they were crooked and different lengths, not to mention a kitchen draw and handles missing, are now straight and as they should be…..handle and draws and cabinet fronts in place; and a general tidying up of bits and pieces, such that all now looks good. A shelf was added in one of my wardrobes and some appropriate openings made in the side of my living room cabinets, to enable me to use sockets inside the cabinets, such that I can now shut the cabinet doors. All in all a better service, more thorough work and more pleasant and courteous workmen, I could not have wished for. Thank you gentlemen.

Having spent a number of years using various contractors to unsuccessfully identify and fix a roof leak I tasked Avalon 3 to take on the work after a site visit and offering a fair estimate. From day one, Avalon 3 left no stone unturned in order to identify the source of the leak and only when they were confident they'd found the problem did they proceed to carry out thorough works to fix it. Avalon 3 also identified general wear and tear and made good. Aside from the main leak, I felt as if the roof had had a full service. Not only was the work carried out diligently and to high standard, communication with the office regarding quotes, dates, timings etc was excellent. Emails and calls were dealt with promptly. I have been delighted with Avalon 3 and its team. Thank you.

Over the years since I purchased the flat back in 2009, my flat expereinced ongoing issues with outside water causing damp and mould on the inside walls in two different rooms at opposite ends of the flat. I had tried cheap small time builders to get it fixed in the past, but with no luck everytime. After reading the reviews for this company, I decided to give them a try as I was starting to get demoralised with all the failed attempts by other builders and painters. Over the course of about 6 months, Avalon 3 identified the multiple causes that lead to water damage, stripped the rotten wood framing back, fixed the causes, and repaired / painted both the outside and inside of the flat. They also installed an internal ceiling fan in the shower. During the whole process, I was very impressed with the continual communication provided by Avalon 3. I live in New Zealand and they often sent me emails, pictures and videos of the progress. Overall, they did a great job and 6 months on after repairs were complete, I have had no return of the damp problems. When they 1st began fixing the problem, they also offered to go back 6 months after finishing just to check that everything was still ok. I am pleased to say they contacted me recently to follow up on that promise. Very happy with their work, performance and communication. Would highly recommend!!!

We had a full re-wiring done along with a list of various maintenance works. The process from start to finish was an extremely professional, friendly and impressive experience. Communication was always prompt and transparent, quotes competitively proceed. The estimates provided are clearly itemised and very detailed. We were very impressed with the quality of work and felt at ease throughout the process. I would highly recommend Avalon 3 for any maintenance works small or large.

I suppose Batman and Robin (of the building world) would be an appropriate moniker for Shener and Abdul! With Alfred (Annika) back at the Batcave, organising the intrepid duo's daily "derring do". Aside from the "job in hand" (accomplished with aplomb) ... countless acts of kindness (eg. new toilet seat - totally OUTSIDE the original remit) performed with kindness, courtesy ... and ... clean shoes! Be it ... roofing - plumbing - building - scaffolding ... well ANYTHING necessary to repair your home (premises) back to what it should be, will be delivered "with knobs on". Please make sure the "kettle is on" ... they DESERVE it!

Thank you Shener, Abdul and Annika. All have worked well and on time to get our rental flat ready for the new tenants. New complete bathroom and tiles, new curtain poles and pelmets, curtains modified and fitted to measure, new electrical radiators sourced and fitted, complete repainting of the two bedroom flat and many other details added and suggested by Shener as the job progressed. The tight deadline to get everything ready was met and we have received very complimentary comments from the new tenants. Very pleased with the results.

After a tenant left their destructive mark on my flat - a wonderful Property Managers recommended Shener, Annika and Abdul - the Avalon 3 Team. And boy did I need them. The flat was wrecked - the only things left standing were the walls! Shener swung into action. I arranged a kitchen plan, new carpets, curtains and blinds and Avalon 3 have done the rest. Shener has thought around numerous problems, been honest with my fairly appalling curtain purchase off eBay (they are back up there now) and as others have said, Avalon 3 genuinely care. Shener has totally redesigned the flat, selected everything down to colours, carpet styles, tiles, lighting, additional flooring, taps and even the correct curtains. I couldn’t have done this without the hard work, care and professionalism of Shener and Abdul. I also have to praise wonderful Annika in the office. She really is the power behind the amazing workforce. Annika has kept me updated with additional costs and honest savings and I know Shener wouldn’t look so good without her. Shener will regret the day he met me, I won’t be going anywhere else for any further property maintenance.

'm so glad my friend recommended Avalon when I was looking to have my flat painted. Shener and Abdul did a fantastic job painting my flat and it looks completely transformed for the better. As well as painting the walls, ceilings and skirting boards, Shener boxed in some pipes, built an elegant shelving unit, replaced some doors, put up a TV bracket and even replaced the lock on our front door when it fell off while they were there. They went above and beyond. Initially, I wasn't so sure what I wanted to have done but when Shener came round to view the flat he was able to give me some really good advice which I was more than happy to follow. He also pointed out some things I hadn't even thought about. I could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Not only was their work of an extremely high standard, Shener and Abdul were really quick and finished painting in a relatively short period of time. Also, they were happy to take on last-minute requests, such as fixing the TV bracket and the lock which we didn't initially request. In terms of organising everything, it was incredibly easy to contact them. Annika in the office was always contactable via email to pass on any queries and keep us in the loop. I never had a problem getting in touch. I would definitely recommend Shener and Abdul and should the opportunity arise, we'll be using Avalon again in the future.

Shener and Abdul cleared out the gutters, including the hard to get to V on my roof behind the fascia. There was a blocked drain that they sluiced out with their high-powered water jet. And while he was at it, Shener cleaned my patio paving for no extra charge. They moved some heavy stuff for me and took away an immovable (for me) box of pebbles. (When they did work for me before, they threw in some extra free jobs, too, and I was grateful for their thoughtfulness.)

Shener and Abedel are the most honest and reliable workers. They waterproofed my cellar, which no one could fix. Had so many builders fog me off. They also did a few other jobs for us, nothing was too hard to sort out. We will always call them out for any jobs around the house inside and out. We will recommend them to every body.

A simple burst pipe incident in my ground floor London mansion flat, just before Christmas, escalated when communal pipes serving the block were found to have ruptured. This required negotiation with multiple parties, all of which were initiated and progressed by Avalon. Due to Covid I was unable to return to the UK, without Shener on the ground, his diligent communication of the issues - illustrated by photo's, videos and thermal imaging, his patience, professionalism, care and complete reliability, I frankly don't know what I would have done. He's responsive, always available, carries out impeccable work above and beyond the call of duty and is ably supported by Abdul and Annika in the office. Absolutely brilliant.

Shener and Abdul painted my living room, bedroom, hallway and dining room; and built floating shelves and a desk. They completed this work on a tight schedule before I moved into the flat. The work was done to a high standard and I am really pleased with the result. Communication - arranging the work, progress updates etc - was outstanding. Shener also attended to details for no extra cost (for example - cleaning my windows and floors) and took real care and pride in the work. I found Shener, Annika and Abdul extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using them if I need work done again.

Shener and team did a superb job repainting my flat, and fixing my kitchen cabinet and building a new radiator cover. Communication was excellent despite the fact I wasnt at the property myself - I was kept really well informed with pictures and videos via whatsapp. Nothing was too much for Shener - he went above and beyond for me. An excellent service and great value for money. This is a man you can trust!
