We had all the windows on our bungalow renewed with triple glazed units. We also had a new front door. From start to finish the work extended over 12 months because we had it done in two separate jobs. We first visited the showroom and were shown various types of frame openings and examples to try for our convenience. The show room is easy to find with good car parking outside. We left with leaflets and an appointment for Alister to visit. Alister visited at the correct time and we got an estimate for the work; three windows to start with so that we could see what they were like. The estimate was in between two others that we had obtained but did not require an advance payment. This work was completed to a high standard on time (20 weeks later). No fuss, no mess and all satisfactory before payment was required. A scratched pane was changed twice after work was done and before payment demanded hence the long interval. We then ordered the rest of the windows and the new door and once again all was completed to a high standard at the time appointed with all cleared up at the end. From initial enquiry to final payment 4 1/2 months with Christmas in between. The invoice was sent out promptly with payment due on receipt. Very pleased with the whole job. If you are considering new windows be aware that the time from the initial enquiry to completion could be 15 weeks (or more if any faults need correcting). Other suppliers had a similar time scale.

Transformation to the windows in our holiday let. Done on time and to budget. Great attention to detail. So tidy you would not know they had been there. We are thoroughly satisfied. All done with the best of good humour. The new windows enhance the property and we are sure that they will impress visitors. Worth every penny.

Daniel and Alistair always do a good tidy job at a reasonable price. No problem with any of the doors or windows, some were fitted 5 years ago.

I had three windows replaced and I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the workmanship. Aynsley Windows came highly recommended and lived up to my expectations. We can't recommend this company highly enough. We have used them in the past as well, & wouldn't go anywhere else now. They supplied & fitted a new back door & window, replaced a misted double glazed panel in the conservatory, repaired fascias around our garage door, & replaced the weatherboard on our front door. All work was done to a very high standard, & the goods they fitted were of very high quality. Their customer service is second to none, their prices are reasonable, & there's no hard sell - a refreshing change. A totally reliable local company.

The job was replacing all windows and 2 French doors so, a lot of work was involved. All 3 workers were prompt, incredibly hard-working and, really nice people. They left the house immaculate each of the 4 days they were here. The finished job is perfect, and each detail finished off to the highest standard. I would certainly recommend this company.

We found Mr Aynsley extremely pleasant and helpful. We were moving into a flat which needed complete renovation. Four new windows had to be fitted and double glazing to existing windows and doors. His work was done on schedule and all the mess created cleared away. Of particular pleasure to me was there were old fashioned internal glass doors which I was considering removing until he pointed out that they were vintage Flemish glass, embossed with tulips! Which made me see them as an asset! And they keep the flat light and open.

We replaced two bedroom windows, one lounge window and a sliding patio door with new French doors (all of which had been fitted thirty plus years ago by this company). The work was carried out by Ali, Daniel and Paul with the usual efficiency and expertise over just two days. The old windows and frames were removed from our property and everything was left clean and tidy. You get a fair price and honest advice from this company which is essential. We are very pleased with the completed work as expected. The lads are polite and respectful and the girls in the office were also very helpful and kept us updated throughout. Brilliant!

Replaced 2 front UPVC windows, which one was bow fronted. They did a brilliant job and after the work was completed they cleaned up and took all the debris away. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Having used Aynsley windows for a number of years The service is 100%. From new front door to some smaller windows. This project was for new 2 front of house upstairs and down stairs bay windows, upstairs study turret window and new French doors at the back of the house. Kitchen, bathroom and upstairs back of house bedroom frames were sound so just replaced the glazing. I needed scaffolding and a steel lintel that Aynsley organised but I paid direct. Aynsley went that extra mile on the instillation arrived bang on time and finished when expected. Fully recommend Aynsley. Great team.
