Having fitted a number of windows at our house last June, it was really no contest when we wanted more work done (French doors in large bay window plus a new back door. Prior to installation of the windows and doors the manager visited my property a number of times to ensure we got exactly what we required. I was kept updated throughout regarding my order. The girl in the shop was always courteous both on the telephone and via email. I was given a date and time for installation to suit me and the two fitters turned up promptly. Throughout the fitting process they were professional and courteous. I am extremely happy with my new door and windows and can’t recommend Aynsley Windows enough.
