We had a new back door and porch glazed because the existing frames and woodwork had deteriorated. We were impressed with the proprietor's (Alastair) skill and knowledge of his trade. He described clearly how the work would be done in a very friendly and workmanlike way with absolutely no pressure selling. We received a very competitive quote a few days later. The installation was superb. Alastair and his team of two turned up early and worked together like clockwork, keeping the work area tidy - then completed by cleaning away all debris and taking it away. They did the work within the promised timescale though were a bit slow in giving a proposed installation date. The finished job was immaculate - we would not hesitate to recommend Aynsley Windows.

Aynsley Windows The 2 men Daniel & Paul who installed the Windows and Door Combination were first class Tradesmen who commenced the job at the given date and time. They explained everything in how they would approach the work. The work was of the very highest standard and at the end of the working day cleared all the rubbish and debris The work carried out was exactly the budget which was agreed on. Even better was that not a penny was required as a deposit to commence the work, Nothing was paid until the work was completed and both my wife and I were completely satisfied. Communication throughout the job was first class. The owner of Aynsley Windows made a point of being in attendance every morning and gave Daniel and Paul help when installing the Bow Window.. The completed work was stunning !! We cannot praise Aynsley windows enough. 11 windows of varying sizes and configurations and a new composite door fitted in excellent time and fashion. The fitters were freindly and polite, very professional and tidied up at the end of each day. The window quality is second to none, the noise from the very busy road to our front is pretty much non existent now. All in all a pleasure to do business with and can highly recommend.

We had a new composite door & frame plus a replacement double glazed pane replaced on 24th October 2022. A thoroughly professional job carried out to a very high standard with minimum fuss or disruption. Upon completion they had cleaned up all mess created during installation and left the hallway and outside spotless. This is the 2nd home where I have used Aynsley’s windows, and again an excellent service from measuring up to fitting. There is never any hard sell. You get a fair price for the work you want done, the work is started and finished on the agreed days. The lads are very friendly and keep any mess to a minimum but always clean up when they have finished. I’m really pleased with my windows and doors and couldn’t recommend Aynsley’s highly enough. Having used Which to review double glazing contractors I decided to contact Aynsley windows based in Wallsend, Alistair came to discuss & measure up our doors & window replacements & after receiving our estimate we placed our order with Aynsley. We are delighted with the job Alistair & his lads have done on our new windows & doors, we were given a date & time of how long the job would take & they completed bang on time. Furthermore I would like to comment on how the lads kept their working environment clean & tidy, I would gladly recommend them for future work.
