Replaced 8 windows in Victorian terrace including 3 sliding sash. All of the staff including Alistair Aynsley and his skilled tradesmen Daniel, Paul and office staff Pat, Leanne and Kim were helpful and friendly throughout the process giving detailed and accurate information from the original survey and estimate to the completion of the installation. The work was done to the highest standard and perfect finish and the guys were immaculately courteous and rigorous in carrying out the work, and cleaning up. The price was very fair and comparable to other well-rated providers and good value given the quality of the materials and standard of work. They also resolved a difficult issue of installing double-glazed side bay windows in a warped frame. We would recommend them to anyone and suggest early contact as they are usually busy because of their quality. We cannot think of any other building firm that has been such a pleasure to work with.

Trusted Traders to choose a window fitter, so glad I did , had 5 upstairs windows replaced, the windows are energy efficient, they slide for cleaning, look amazing, and the job to replace my rotting trim on front Dorma was beautifully done, there is no hard sell from this company, they just do an excellent job at a very reasonable price ,I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and can't recommend highly enough,

We had a new back door and porch glazed because the existing frames and woodwork had deteriorated. We were impressed with the proprietor's (Alastair) skill and knowledge of his trade. He described clearly how the work would be done in a very friendly and workmanlike way with absolutely no pressure selling. We received a very competitive quote a few days later. The installation was superb. Alastair and his team of two turned up early and worked together like clockwork, keeping the work area tidy - then completed by cleaning away all debris and taking it away. They did the work within the promised timescale though were a bit slow in giving a proposed installation date. The finished job was immaculate - we would not hesitate to recommend Aynsley Windows.

Aynsley Windows The 2 men Daniel & Paul who installed the Windows and Door Combination were first class Tradesmen who commenced the job at the given date and time. They explained everything in how they would approach the work. The work was of the very highest standard and at the end of the working day cleared all the rubbish and debris The work carried out was exactly the budget which was agreed on. Even better was that not a penny was required as a deposit to commence the work, Nothing was paid until the work was completed and both my wife and I were completely satisfied. Communication throughout the job was first class. The owner of Aynsley Windows made a point of being in attendance every morning and gave Daniel and Paul help when installing the Bow Window.. We cannot praise Aynsley windows enough. 11 windows of varying sizes and configurations and a new composite door fitted in excellent time and fashion. The fitters were freindly and polite, very professional and tidied up at the end of each day. The window quality is second to none, the noise from the very busy road to our front is pretty much non existent now. All in all a pleasure to do business with and can highly recommend.

We had a new composite door & frame plus a replacement double glazed pane replaced on 24th October 2022. A thoroughly professional job carried out to a very high standard with minimum fuss or disruption. Upon completion they had cleaned up all mess created during installation and left the hallway and outside spotless. This is the 2nd home where I have used Aynsley’s windows, and again an excellent service from measuring up to fitting. There is never any hard sell. You get a fair price for the work you want done, the work is started and finished on the agreed days. Having used Which to review double glazing contractors I decided to contact Aynsley windows based in Wallsend, Alistair came to discuss & measure up our doors & window replacements & after receiving our estimate we placed our order with Aynsley. We are delighted with the job Alistair & his lads have done on our new windows & doors, we were given a date & time of how long the job would take & they completed bang on time. Furthermore I would like to comment on how the lads kept their working environment clean & tidy, I would gladly recommend them for future work.

Arrived at 8.30am and got on with the job. I had all my windows done in a 3 bed house with bay window in sitting room. There was no mess due to good preparation. We didn't get the hard sale from Aynsley's as we had front and back doors fitted and would recommend this company over all the big ones. Local company. Very impresssive.

This work was carried out on house at the agreed price and to my complete satisfaction. Several items of work over many decade have been completed on my house, on budget, at an agreed time and no mess: never any complaints.

We had new front windows and a rear bedroom window fitted to our draughty terraced house. Alastair gave excellent advice and recommended privacy glass for our front bathroom. It was a brilliant suggestion as light now floods the bathroom and there’s no need for a blind. The windows themselves are excellent quality and blend seamlessly into the house. The house is a lot quieter and feels warmer already! From start to finish Aynsley Windows gave us good, honest advice, and kept us informed as to when the windows would be fitted. The fitters themselves were brilliant, friendly and very tidy. All in all this is a proper, professional, window company that knows how to treat customers and provides an excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and look forward to using them again in the future.

Once again I asked Aysnley windows to complete some work at my house. As always the work was completed to the highest of standards. This is the 2nd property that I have had to get replacement windows & doors fitted. I would go nowhere else due to their competitive pricing & top quality workmanship. It is always reassuring that should any issues arise they are not just faceless people at the end of a phone but instead a family run business that takes enormous pride in the work that they carry out. We have used Aynsley Windows 30 + years ago and recently to replace a front door and bedroom window. The workmanship is second to none - very polite, courteous lads who start the job and get it done to a very high standard - good tidy job all round. Very friendly accommodating staff kept us informed throughout from start to completion - Kim always so cheerful !! We had a bit of a problem with brickwork (due to the age of the house) and Alistair went above and beyond to reassure us that the job would be completed correctly and safely without issue. An honest, reliable man - a true gentleman. We can't recommend Alistair and his team enough.

I read all of the reviews before contacting this company and thought 5 stars from most of the reviews............... Well I can certainly understand why this company is given 5 stars. From the lads arriving the whole job took just under two hours. I could not believe how efficient and neatly they worked! The job was completed to perfection with no mess left for me to tidy up. Dust sheets were used wherever needed and all debris removed, binned and taken away with them. This will be the only company I use for replacement windows in the future. Pure Perfection which has made such a difference to a cold landing area. Thank you.

We used this company over thirty five years ago and their windows have remained intact but we decided it was time to revamp the front of the house. The job took a three full days to complete and comprised two bedroom windows, a bay, a porch and a new composite front door. The job started on time and the guys arrived promptly each morning. They were polite, friendly and worked quietly. There was very little disruption and they cleaned up after themselves every day, leaving virtually no mess for us to deal with. We are very happy with the result and have already had observations from a neighbour, who noted the professionalism of this company’s work. The guys took their time to get everything right and I would highly recommend Aynsley Windows. Great job.
