Always nervous about getting someone new in for a job, I’m so pleased to have got Adam in to sort out problems with heating controls left from a previous boiler service by another contractor. And he dealt with a long-term issue with a radiator valve while he was here. All this he did efficiently and in a friendly, communicative manner. Great to have heating working properly again. Pleased too with the clear information he sent re prices, etc prior to the work.

Adam is our first point of call whenever we have a problem in our bathrooms, kitchen, central heating and annual boiler servicing. Adam has been doing our boiler service for several years now. As always it was a pleasure to see him. It's so good to know and trust the people working for us. He called to say he had a flat tyre and would be a bit late. This was a larger than usual (5 year) service and consequently more expensive. As usual he took care of an extra problem, in this case a leaking radiator valve. We look forward to seeing him again next August.

AZ Plumbing dealt with a blockd kitchen waste pipe and also fitted a new trap to a leaking bathroom hand basin. Very happy with the service, which was reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Adam has serviced our boiler for several years so we asked him to install a new Japanese-style toilet seat. (The existing one was broken and the suppliers said that no spare parts were available.) He coped with this slightly odd job calmly and competently, spending some time on the phone for technical advice. We are very happy with the result and, as always, it was a pleasure to have him visit us.

I got Adam to sort change a shower pump and service our boiler. His plumbing was fast and efficient and he completed the job in much less time than I was expecting. Very happy with the quality of his work. The boiler (which was 15 years old) was a far form simple service. The gas valve was faulty and the inside of the boiler dirty with soot. A problem with gas pressure to the boiler meant he had to come back and run a new gas pipe from the front to back of house. He rescheduled less important jobs to free up time so as to get out boiler working ASAP. At every stage he told me what he was doing, showed me the problems, and explained the charging structure. It was a big job and in both cases the bills were less than I was expecting given the time he was on site. He was good at getting back to me on the phone with when he could come back at fit the new pipe. All in all I was really impressed with him and will be recommending him to my neighbours.

Adam was excellent. He responded quickly, arrived on time, was thorough and diligent in his work and a pleasure to have in my house. I shall certainly use him again.

Called to repair a slow leak under the kitchen sink and to replace kitchen taps. They were very helpful & professional. Would highly recommend! In particular, they arrived when they said they would - which was hugely appreciated.

Adam was easy to get hold of, gave clear ideas of what would be involved with the work. He liased on my behalf with a local plumber merchant to pickup the supplies I'd ordered there and came and did an excellent job of fittting them The standard of work was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use Adam again.

Following my initial enquiry and at Adams request I provided a video & pictures of the issue we had concerning a broken toilet cistern. We arranged an appointment for the following day and he arrived on time and the issue was fixed. Would highly recommend and definitely book again.

Cannot praise Adam enough. Came out on emergency basis to find leak. Identified problem had to come back twice, which he did at short notice. Efficent, knowledgeable, cheerful. Had to access bath from underneath (not easy) but did it all quickly and effectively.

This is the third time that we've used Adam's services - this time for some faulty thermostats on our old radiators. He did a great job again, especially with one of them that turned out to be a bigger problem than first thought. I would highly recommend him.

I paid for a service and he found the valve was letting by and should be replaced. He said he had no availability for two weeks but had to shut down the gas supply and go to a new job. I have a young family and this was pretty poor, being left without hot water or a stove. I then had to pay another company to replace valve and switch back on. Given that a valve is a fairly common part that needs replacing and I had given the make of the boiler prior to the service he could have made sure he had this with him, or he could have made some availability given the situation.

Adam and Marcin were amazing, they installed two complete bathrooms for us from full plumbing to tiles and finishing as well as a new boiler and radiators into the property. They were prompt, diligent and conscientious and the finish was perfect. Trustworthy and reliable, we could leave them with keys to the property to be able to get on with the work without being there full time. They helped tailor our design with suggestions on measurements and with what would and wouldn't work well. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have a flat in London and needed a kitchen tap replacing urgently. Adam/AZ were very responsive to our initial enquiry and following a few discussions over options, replaced the tap with a great new one in very short order. Adam was available to deal with queries and the whole job was done quickly and professionally. We were really pleased with the results.

Adam and his assistant dealt with annoying noises from sink and bath. They were competent, cheerful did a great job and tested and tidied up afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Adam was excellent in all respects as usual. He's done this service for several years and fortunately got in touch when this one was due as I had temporarily mislaid the records. Service done as arranged and he came on time (slightly early). He not only did the service but fixed an appointment for Vailant to come and do a job that was covered by the guarantee. He also replaced a radiator thermostat that had broken off and this was not added to the agreed bill. Looking forward to next year's visit.
