Andrew Clark arrived to do work on our bathroom and shower room from the minute he started we knew we’d picked the right people He satisfied all 8 Code of Conduct categories He was very professional his work is of a high standard He is also exceptionally friendly He took great care to do what we wanted and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Andrew fitted a walk in shower to replace a bath. He discussed our requirements and after liaising with the supplier he provided us with a detailed estimate of what was needed. The job went very smoothly and we felt that Andrew had gone above and beyond in his attention to detail. He was extremely tidy and showed consideration to our neighbours who commented on his cheerfulness and politeness. We would not hesitate to use him again for any plumbing jobs we have done in the future. It is good to find a trader you can trust.

Andrew (B Clark & Sons) attended my property at the agreed time and date and fault found and replaced a motorised valve on my heating/hot water system which had been causing problems with the hot water temperature. While at the property Andrew identified and rectified a problem with a hot water control probe and a pressure relief valve on the boiler. Andrew was very professional and explained faults found and the work he was undertaking to rectify the issues identified. Andrew is clearly a highly skilled engineer and since his visit our heating/hot water system has worked like a dream. I will be using this company and Andrew again for all my Heating and plumbing needs

I chose B. Clark & Son for my plumbing work as well as a total bathroom renovation and included a completely new central heating system. From the beginning I knew what to expect as this was discussed jointly in some detail prior to the work starting... and included financial costs, flexibility regarding any changes, keeping areas as clean as is possible, ordering of parts, skip delivery/ removal and the time regarding job completion. I was happy with the information given so on that basis I can highly recommend their service as not only transparent, with an attention to detail, good time keeping, reliable, approachable and always ready to advise.
