We found Billy through an online directory in 2019 as we had bought a large period property that had no functioning heating whatsoever. From the few plumbers we got quotes from, Billy seemed to best understand the brief and expectation on our available budget and recommended an appropriate system. He came across as trustworthy and that proved to be the case as his work was excellent and the final system was able to effectively heat the whole property as well as serve high pressure to modern bathrooms we were fitting. Since then we haven’t hesitated to use him for all our plumbing projects over the last few years and regularly seek his advice before we start anything new. Not being from the area he also recommended to us other home renovation contacts for our ongoing projects. He is highly trustworthy, fairly priced and has always been at hand and quickly assisted if anything has come up. We always recommend him to friends and would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for work in the region.

Various bits and pieces throughout the years. He installed a new boiler system (2015) which involved taking out 2 old boilers. 1 bigger boiler, re-piping. Also Changed 1 or 2 radiators that needed replacing (2017-2018). Sorted 1 or 2 showers as well as kitchen tap. Also did my mother's house. Does annual boiler service boiler system - most recent April last year about due to do one again soon. No complaints, very good. He is pretty busy, can be hard to get a hold but Very Thorough and does a good job. Pipework is really a work and art. Already have recommended to others.

We had a new boiler installed for a nice modern smart system that we could tailor to our daily schedules. Perry plumbing and heating were amazing going above and beyond to make sure we had some heaters to keep us warm while the install was taking place. They were extremely polite and tidy. The quality of the install was great and their pipe work is so neat and thoughtful of our building and future plans. I can't recommend them highly enough.
