The service provided from the initial consultation on what was required, through to the installation was exemplary. The advice given on what equipment to change was clear and the difference in costs versus performance explained. I got the impression I was being sold the solution suitable for me rather than an unnecessary more expensive one. The work was carried out on time and to the quoted price with no hidden extras. The neatness of the work was incredible with no mess to clear up, packaging or rubbish to dispose of. Protection was even given to all of the flooring whichever area of the house they were working in. On top of the high quality of work, the guys were a pleasure to have working in our home. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Luke and Tom going forward and will look forward to having them back to service our new system on an annual basis.

I needed a new central heating boiler and new radiators and a Myson wall heater. BTech were recommended to me by my brother. Luke and Tom had replaced his boiler and their work was outstanding. I needed an old back boiler removed and replaced with a Worcester condensing boiler fitted in my kitchen cupboard. I also needed a wall heater and new radiators throughout the house. I wanted to keep all the old pipework feeds. Luke visited and we discussed what was needed,and he fully explained what he could do. He advised me on the boiler output and also the size and type of all new radiators. We agreed a price and Luke gave me a date when work would start and duration of work. Luke and Tom arrived on agreed date. They covered every floor area throughout the house with carpet protector, and used overshoes at all times. The work they undertook was absolutely fantastic. It exceeded our expectations.They were so clean and methodical in their work you would not believe they carried out the extensive work. Their craftsmanship was exemplary. They are both so agreeable and very easy to get on with. They communicated so well about the job from start to finish. They have great pride in the finish of their work. This was reflected in a fantastic job. I would totally recommend them to anybody that wants a top job carried out.

Luke fitted a new unvented hot water cylinder in my loft. He did a thorough survey and provided a reasonable quote. He and his brother completed the work on the day agreed and to time. They put down cloths to protect my stairs and cleaned up thoroughly when they had finished. On the day, his brother also replaced the valve in my toilet cistern which had started to leak. When the immersion heater stopped working a few days later, Luke came back to resolve the problem and discovered my digital programmer had failed, which had not been part of his job. He did, however, replace it for me so I was not without hot water during the coldest days so far this winter. Both men very polite and friendly and the service was above and beyond.

I've used B-Tech Heating for several years and Luke's skills as a gas engineer and plumber are exemplary. He is always punctual, extremely thorough, approachable and offers excellent value for money. I would not entertain the thought of using an alternative engineer.

We needed to replace an old wall-mounted boiler fitted in a kitchen cupboard. We had done some research and wanted to have a replacement Worcester boiler put in the same cupboard. We saw that BTech were appointed fitters for Worcester Boilers. We contacted Luke. He visited us and listened to what we wanted. We asked for advice. Luke explained what our options were for our house. He listened and recommended a boiler to suit our needs. He answered all our questions and gave us all information as to what he could do. He also told us a date for the installation, what it would entail, and how long it would take. He explained that we would have a 10-year warranty with the boiler we chose. He then gave us a full and complete price for the job. We went ahead. Luke and Tom turned up early on the day we arranged. They spent 2 days at our house doing the job. We cannot speak highly enough of our complete satisfaction from start to finish. Their professional attitude to their job was apparent from the start. The workmanship for the fitting and the masonry makeup of our outside vent was first-class. Luke and Tom were so respectful to our property, such clean work with no mess at all. Wore overshoes at all time in the house. Our boiler is fantastic, perfect for our needs and the recommendation Luke gave us was spot on. Luke from B-Tech arrived at arranged time for quotation and obviously knew his stuff. Price very reasonable and cheaper than others I had had. On installation arrived at agreed time on both days and worked ten hours a day to get job completed in two days. Luke and Tom who did the work were amicable and professional. I found Luke's number on the Worcester Bosch website after my boiler failed. He arrived promptly and found the fault quickly. He sourced the parts quickly and made the repairs, even going on the roof to secure the flue pipe! He was very professional throughout and even sent me a courtesy email after job completion to make sure that everything was ok. I now have his card and will certainly make use of his services again. Notification of date of work and timekeeping were excellent. The team were meticulous and efficient in all aspects of their work, while always operating in a safe and tidy environment. B-Tech Heating were the only company to come in to my house and check the gas pressure before recommending a replacement boiler which gave me great confidence before the job even started. Rather than a "should work" attitude it was positive "will work". Unfortunately, the pipework at the boiler did not allow for a Combi-boiler system without having to lift floors across the ground floor but between us we came up with an acceptable solution. 14 new radiators and a new boiler system all installed professionally and neatly, I was consulted all the way through even down to the height for the new radiators. Any small issues (as always happen with replacing an existing 16 year old heating system) were discussed fully with a choice of solutions ready. Would be happy to recommend this company!

My wife and I can't praise Luke and Tom enough. They arrive on time and are always properly prepared - no running back to local plumbers' merchants for parts they forgot! They take great care to work in a clean and efficient manner. No mess left at the end of the job. They converted our gravity fed domestic hot water system to a sealed unvented system thus eliminating the need for shower pumps. The result is excellent with much better shower force than before when airlocks were always causing problems. The quality and neatness of the plumbing is first class. They also serviced our gas boiler - which they've been doing annually for years now - and that is always a trouble-free experience. If you are lucky enough to book them you won't be disappointed.

The job required the complete refurbishment of a an old domestic central heating system. To me it appeared to be a daunting job, as this is a large fully furnished carpeted dwelling. The engineer, a well presented, polite gentleman who was recommended to us, came to give us a quote on time at the time arranged. I was pleasantly surprised that the quote was well within the bounds of realism compared to others I had received. On acceptance of the quote a preliminary start date was given and we were kept informed during the interim period as to our status. The work commenced and was completed well within time frame given and price agreed, in fact a little less as we had a refund for materials not used. The completed job exceeded our expectations. They worked in a well ordered manner and were clean and tidy throughout, The two engineers were courteous and well spoken throughout the process and we have no reservations in recommending B-Tech.

Having decided to replace an old valiant combi boiler, I set about getting a few quotes from local companies. Luke from b-tech was very prompt in his replies to my request. He turned up exactly when he said he would for the quote, and was very thorough with his investigation (more so than any other company). Given the current covid restrictions, he was also very careful to follow protection protocols. Although his quote wasn't initially the cheapest, he was willing to match a competitors price and we agreed on a start date. From start to finish luke and his brother tom provided nothing but a 1st class service. Extremely tidy - laying down plastic carpet protection and cleaning up completely at the end of each day. The installation of a new Worcester bosch combi is nothing less than a work of art !! I'm a very fussy person, with strong attention to detail in everything i do - these boys did not disappoint. I would recommend b-tech 100% to anyone needing this kind of work done. I also asked about future yearly servicing, which luke was very happy to offer - needless to say, I'm on the calendar for next year. I chose Hi-Tech Heating partly forTheir very professional quote which I thought was well presented, ,a good price compared to other quotes and the fact that they were Which recommended. I was not disappointed, from entering the door they placed coverings on the carpets worked from 8:30am until 5:30pm. Everything they did was clean and as quiet as possibly with no intrusion to myself or my wife. When they left the job itself looked very neat and tidy and the house when they left was as clean as when they came. The heating is working fine and they only had two cups of coffee each. A reliable boiler installer who provided a very professional service and great advice. Luke and his brother Tom fitted a new Worcester combo boiler for us. They were very punctual and hard working and made virtually no mess - if they did they cleaned it up immediately. I chose B-Tech heating Ltd because they fitted a combi boiler at my mother-in-laws home 5 years ago, so I knew I was going to get great service - I was not disappointed and would have no hesitation in recommending Luke and Tom to anyone.

Luke of B-Tech is amazing! He is the best plumber I have ever dealt with and I now won’t use anyone else. He is communicative before the job, friendly and well presented when he arrives and for the duration of the work. He finishes quickly, but with proper attention to detail. His charges are always reasonable to inexpensive; at times I want to give him more than he has charged! He always checks in after as well. We haven’t had a problem to comment on how he handles them. I highly recommend B-Tech.

Just as the lockdown began, our boiler decided to start leaking. Looked for a local company that was still operating and found B-Tech Heating. I described the problem and whereabouts the water was coming from. Luke gave a ball park figure to the repair and turned up as promised. Even emailed on the morning to confirm he'd still be coming that day. He was very professional and followed safe distancing. Fixed our boiler and stuck to the figure he quoted on. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

B-Tech fitted a new boiler and cylinder for us, and moved the boiler to a new location. From his initial visit until completion of the job Luke was always very punctual. His quote was detailed and well-presented. The job was completed to the agreed budget, despite taking a day or so longer than they planned for. Luke and Tom were both a pleasure to have around the house - friendly, helpful, and they left the place spotless. Excellent attention to detail. Theirs wasn't the lowest quote we got, but it wasn't far off, and we felt we were in safe and knowledgeable hands from the outset. Looked on Which Local after noticing a problem with our Worcester boiler. Contacted Luke after reading the positive reviews and being impressed by the B-Tech website. Luke provided a prompt courteous reply, accurate quote, and booked us in for the service. Luke arrived on time, was professional and appeared to do a great job. It was also good to hear that a component could be repaired rather than replaced so Luke actually saved us money. Would definitely recommend Luke and use again.

We firstly used B-tech heating some years ago at our previous home replacing a boiler and removal of old water header tanks. Because of their excellent service and as their prices were very competitive we have continued to request their services on carrying out work in our present home. They have refurbished our bathroom and have now replaced our broken down boiler for a New one. Both Luke and Tom were extremely professional from start to finish and we were kept up to date of procedures and step by step guidance on what was to happen next. The carpets and floors were protected and on completion of the work all protection was removed and carpets hovered. We can highly recommend their services and without doubt will call on their services if required in the future.

B-Tech replaced by boiler at the house. I'm pleased to report that they were punctual, clean and that the work carried out was of an excellent standard. It was a 3 day job, the attention to detail was really impressive. On day one they removed the old system (including water tank in the attic and the one in the airing cupboard). Day two was installation of the new system. Day Three the new system was fully tested and flushed through. B-Tech heating went the extra mile. They turn up on tome and clean up after themselves as they work. They actually took the effort to match the house brick and filled in the hole left by the old system. I recommend them to anyone that needs boiler/heating work done. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
