The work was to replace an existing boiler for which spares were not available. The pre-quote visit took place at the time agreed. My concerns and requirements were taken into consideration. The quote was delivered promptly and the costs set out clearly. Work started promptly on the date set. At the end of each day the job was always left tidy and we had water and gas. The siting of the boiler had to take into consideration the existing tanks and kitchen layout as well as regulations, any unforeseen changes were discussed, explained clearly and agreed. The work was carried out to a high standard. In fact I can quote from someone who had worked a heating installer "That's excellent pipework! very impressive". There have been no problems with the installation and I am very pleased with it. All in all a pleasure to deal with someone who takes a pride in his work, turns up when he says he will, consults, and delivers a high standard of work.

Luke and his brother renewed the boiler and radiators in my mother?s house. My mother is a pensioner living on her own and so I am always careful to try and choose tradesmen who appear trustworthy. Like most people, I normally obtain 2 or 3 quotes when having any major work done to the house. However, I was so impressed with Luke?s manner and professionalism when he first called, I didn?t want anyone else to do the work, and as his quote was very reasonable. The standard of workmanship was first class and they were always punctual, hard working and polite. As my mother has poor eyesight, she had difficulty seeing the new digital thermostat so Luke promptly replaced it with one which had an illuminated display, without any fuss. I am of the opinion that you can also gauge a company?s standard of customer service by the way they respond to any problems and in relation to the thermostat, they also scored full marks. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone wishing to have any gas work done.

The work was carried out to the agreed competitive price and agreed schedule, and also so far as I can tell completed to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend B-Tech to anyone in the future.

B-Tech - Luke and Tom fitted a boiler. I was impressed that they responded to my urgent need for a new boiler very quickly. They were always on time, very tidy and I felt that they respected my home, They were very courteous and kept me informed throughout. The final bill came in under budget and I am very satisfied with the job. I would have no problem in recommending them.

My mum phones Luke as her boiler pressure had become low & her boiler stopped working. Knowing my mums circumstances Luke replied quickly & was available in 5 mins after a call to confirm the boiler failure. Luke is so trustworthy. He recently installed a new shower unit/cubicle etc. Fantastic.

These men were superb, I would recommend them to anyone. They were quiet, clean, polite, helpful, very pleasant and trustworthy to leave whilst I was out with the dogs. I could not have had better, they even came on time - very unusual! (New central heating boiler etc).
