Hi I'm Luke and I'm the owner and engineer of B-Tech Heating Ltd.
I have been in the heating industry for 20 years and pride myself in providing a quality and reliable service to all of my customers.
We carry out all aspects of the trade from boiler repairs up to whole system design and installation.
B-Tech Heating Ltd is a Worcester Bosch Accredited company which allows us to provided our customers with up to 12 years parts and labour guarantee on new boiler installations. Being accredited with a great company such as Worcester Bosch gives our customers complete satisfaction and piece of mind that they have a premium product installed to a very high standard and backed up for a long period of time with a quality customer service.
We're are to provide our customers flexible boiler payment plans via our tradehelp partner to help spread the cost of new boilers.

B-Tech fitted a new boiler and cylinder for us, and moved the boiler to a new location. From his initial visit until completion of the job Luke was always very punctual. His quote was detailed and well-presented. The job was completed to the agreed budget, despite taking a day or so longer than they planned for. Luke and Tom were both a pleasure to have around the house - friendly, helpful, and they left the place spotless. Excellent attention to detail. Theirs wasn't the lowest quote we got, but it wasn't far off, and we felt we were in safe and knowledgeable hands from the outset. We are really happy with the work B-Tech did, and we're very glad to have found them.

Looked on Which Local after noticing a problem with our Worcester boiler. Contacted Luke after reading the positive reviews and being impressed by the B-Tech website. Luke provided a prompt courteous reply, accurate quote, and booked us in for the service. Luke arrived on time, was professional and appeared to do a great job. It was also good to hear that a component could be repaired rather than replaced so Luke actually saved us money. Would definitely recommend Luke and use again.

We firstly used B-tech heating some years ago at our previous home replacing a boiler and removal of old water header tanks. Because of their excellent service and as their prices were very competitive we have continued to request their services on carrying out work in our present home. They have refurbished our bathroom and have now replaced our broken down boiler for a New one. Both Luke and Tom were extremely professional from start to finish and we were kept up to date of procedures and step by step guidance on what was to happen next. The carpets and floors were protected and on completion of the work all protection was removed and carpets hovered. We can highly recommend their services and without doubt will call on their services if required in the future.

These men were superb, I would recommend them to anyone. They were quiet, clean, polite, helpful, very pleasant and trustworthy to leave whilst I was out with the dogs. I could not have had better, they even came on time - very unusual! (New central heating boiler etc).

B-Tech replaced by boiler at the house. I'm pleased to report that they were punctual, clean and that the work carried out was of an excellent standard. It was a 3 day job, the attention to detail was really impressive. On day one they removed the old system (including water tank in the attic and the one in the airing cupboard). Day two was installation of the new system. Day Three the new system was fully tested and flushed through. B-Tech heating went the extra mile. They turn up on tome and clean up after themselves as they work. They actually took the effort to match the house brick and filled in the hole left by the old system. I recommend them to anyone that needs boiler/heating work done. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

B-Tech recommended and installed a new boiler for me last year. I have a very non standard old stone cottage, so need someone experienced in dealing with the unexpected! I called B-Tech back to upgrade a very old radiator and install a new one in a cold spot in the house, today. They were great at listening to what I wanted, giving sound advice and carrying out the work exactly as agreed. The house is always left spotless (possibly cleaner than before!) And prices are really reasonable too. I thoroughly recommend B-Tech and wouldn't use anyone else.

My mum phones Luke as her boiler pressure had become low & her boiler stopped working. Knowing my mums circumstances Luke replied quickly & was available in 5 mins after a call to confirm the boiler failure. Luke is so trustworthy. He recently installed a new shower unit/cubicle etc. Fantastic.

B-Tech Heating Ltd installed a new condensing gas boiler and solar water heating system. They provided a professional service from providing a quote and answering numerous questions concerning the solar water heating side of the system prior to the installation itself. The work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. The work was finished while we were on a family holiday and B-Tech Heating arranged to return on the Sunday morning following our return to explain the controls for the new system which was very helpful. B-Tech Heating Ltd arranged everything including the scaffolding and the installation of the solar heat exchanger panels onto the roof. During the installation there was an issue with the original thermostat control but B-Tech Heating Ltd liaised with the suppliers of the component and resolved this issue to our complete satisfaction. Overall we were very pleased with the work and service received and would recommend B-Tech Heating Ltd.
