A fantastic group of friendly talented guys! Stuart and his team have been doing a number of jobs for us upon moving into a new home, and they have been brilliant. From rebuilding our front porch and patio, to boarding out our loft to where it’s pretty much a new room! , all ending with rebuilding our crumbling garden shed into a proper insulated workspace! As well they have been so accommodating and trustworthy, we have two indoor cats and have been totally at ease with them being safe in the house. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work!

Stuart removed our old kitchen and fitted new kitchen, floor and heritage doors. This was completed within budget and timescale. I would 100% recommend Stuart, the kitchen, floors and doors look fabulous, he cleaned up at the end of each day and respected our property. Stuart worked long hours to get the job done, I felt our work was priority, he was on site every day and I felt our work was important, we weren’t fitted in around other jobs which has happened with other contractors. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Stuart for our next job and we’re so happy to have chosen such a great company to do our renovations.

Stu and the team recently completed a renovation for us; knocking down a supporting wall, moving service, reconfiguring windows and doors, cladding, plastering throughout, installing a pocket door system and kitchen including a bespoke pantry cupboard and island. The project started punctually and stuck to the schedule throughout, they worked quickly and efficiently, managing everything smoothly from start to finish. Communication was excellent—Stu kept us informed every step of the way, involving us in all the key decisions and presenting informed choices. His reliability and professionalism made the whole process completely stress-free and would highly recommended! We’re extremely pleased and will be using again.

Stuart and Michael carried out a full refurbishment of a bathroom, and installation of a new downstairs toilet room. The work undertaken was to an extremely high standard and professionally managed, with the work areas cleaned down every night. We were consulted in full throughout the duration of the build, with additional advice given when asked. The contract was managed professionally with full paperwork being available stating exactly what work was being carried out, which was completed exactly to the schedule stated. We would certainly recommend Bailey's Builds to carry out any building work, and if any work is required in the future we will certainly look for them to carry out the work.

Baileys Build Ltd provided a comprehensive quote giving good detail on the scheme of work, with an agreed start and end date that were adhered to. This was important as it was a large project that need to be well planned and completed within budget. As it was a large two storey extension so Stuart and his team had to use the full range of building skills starting from footings to installing a luxury bathroom. Stuart consulted with us through the full process and was always prepared to listen to our ideas and make changes as necessary. Stuart and his team where always polite, courteous, tidy and understanding of the fact that we were living at the property at the time. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them to family and friends.

We had a section of wall in our house that had developed mould, so needed to be replastered. I got into touch with Stuart at Baileys Builds Ltd, who was very helpful and promptly provided a fair quote for the job, explaining the steps they would take to carry out the work. He was able to book the job in for a suitable date, and on the day, the work was carried out very efficiently. The contractor that carried out the work, Michael, was really friendly, and got on with the job straight away; removing the old plaster, applying new plaster and skirting boards, then cleaning up the area afterwards. I am very happy with the service provided by Baileys Builds, and would highly recommend them.

Ridge tiles came away in the storm, spoke to Stuart due to his excellent ratings and reviews on this site. Work and price was excellent, very polite, we will be using Stuart again in the summer.

Stuart and Mike were excellent from start to finish. They carried out a full renovation of the bathroom, removed the chimney breast from the adjacent bedroom, and altered the adjoining wall to make more space. Stuart came and priced, making suggestions on the best way to bring our ideas to life, which was incredibly helpful. The work was completely on time, at a reasonable price and to a great quality. While carrying out the work they were very tidy and considerate. Stuart continued to consult throughout the works, checking how we wanted things installed which was really reassuring. We are so happy with the work; the bathroom exceeds our expectations and is stunning.

Stuart and his team did a wonderful job to enlarge our bathroom by removing a dividing wall, blocking in the unwanted doorway, moving a radiator, boxing in pipes, plastering and making good all of the affected areas. He and his team completed the work expertly on the dates arranged and consulted us throughout the process. They were careful to cover carpeted areas for access in and out of the house, made sure that everything was clean and tidy before they left each day, and all rubbish was removed. This is the second time we have used the company and we have no hesitation in recommending their services. Work was completed within the budget originally quoted and professionally invoiced. It was a pleasure to have the job completed with such skill and efficiency.

We are really pleased with our new doors which were recently fitted by Stuart. He responded quickly, with a very reasonable quote and managed to fit us in promptly. Whilst completing the work, we were very impressed with the lack of mess and dust! Stuart tidied every step of the way, which resulted in a very neat and clean finish. We love them! We will definitely be contacting him for more work in the future and would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Stuart!

Stuart did this job promptly and efficiently. He chose replacement poles which suit our house much better than the original poles. He kept to budget and been very polite and reliable. His fee was very reasonable. I recommend him.

Had my kitchen totally renovated and lounge plastered and porch door replaced Brilliant work!!! Cannot praise the guys enough. Did a fantastic job. Even went as far as doing extra little jobs to help me out at no extra charge. The guys themselves were just lovely always polite and great with my dog. I would highly recommend them and have already have to family and friends

I would recommend Baileys Builds as did what they stated on the work brief. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Ive had people passing by commenting on the work he did and how quick it was completed. The fact that tgey cleaned up each evening was also so.

We employed Baileys Builds to fit our new kitchen,we was more than happy with the quote given and a full breakdown explanation there was no hidden extras. They turned up on time every morning and always cleaned up any mess that was made,very friendly and polite. We had a wrap-around side extension and first floor extension as well as complete roof replacement, kitchen installation, and a new patio and we were very happy with the quality of the build. Stuart and his team were fantastic throughout the building works. From the very start he was clear with timeframe and pricing (they were our cheapest quote) and kept to schedule throughout the whole process. They turned up promptly in the morning every day and worked throughout the day. We lived in the house during the whole build and they worked around our family life, which was particularly important with a newborn and toddler. They were professional throughout and always tidied up after themselves at the end of the day (which neighbours commented on as well). Stuart and his team did a fantastic job fitting our kitchen recently. He came round beforehand to ensure all prep work had been completed. On the day they were fast and efficient, even cleaning up after themselves. We are so happy with the kitchen and the standard it has been fitted to. We are really pleased with the quality of work, from the brickwork through to the internal works. - reliable - Stuart and the team arrived on site at the same time every day and worked solidly throughout without fail. At the end of each and every day we could really see a lot of progress - schedule - from the start Stuart indicated a schedule which was then delivered to on time. - communication - Stuart was really responsive throughout. Regardless of when we messaged Stuart, we would get a prompt response. Also he took the time to explain what work was happening and let us know when certain decisions needed to be made giving us enough time to make them. Nothing was ever too much trouble. - tidy - at the end of every day, the team put in a lot of effort to tidy up and clean wherever they had worked. When we first selected Stuart, we liked the concept of working on one job at a time which in reality is such a big positive and contributes to the majority of the above points. We will definitely use Baileys Builds again in the future and would not hesitate recommending him to others.

The guys at Bailey Build are a friendly team that have decades of building experience amongst them. I was extremely pleased that they turned up when they said they would and completed the job within the time given. The work has been completed to a standard that has since been complimented by other experienced tradesmen working on our property. I'm extremely grateful for the time that Stuart has put into organising this project and ensuring that it's execution went as smoothly as possible. Stuart and his team have done a few bits for me over the last few years. They recently did a tricky job taking out an internal pillar and retrofitting two huge steel beams in tight spatial conditions, then plastering and fitting a new kitchen. All the work was completed to a high standard. Stuart also agreed to do a few little extra bits that I hadn't originally considered, and was happy to cost everything up in advance so there were no nasty surprises. He communicates promptly and clearly. All my neighbours also told me how friendly and professional they guys were. Would 100% recommend.

We would highly recommend Bailey Builders who has done an amazing job with our ground floor kitchen/diner extension in Jul/Aug 2022. From quotation to completion, Stuart was professional and accountable. The attention to detail of the build clearly shows as it passed all building regulations at each stage. It looks so good, the bricks match so well and blend in with the older part of the house. Stuart is an excellent project manager. On the first day, there were two unexpected problems that came up that no one could have predicted. In both situations, Stuart offered solutions and recommendations. He is also very transparent with the costs so you know where you stand and what to expect. The original start date of the extension was delayed by one week, however it was still finished on time and within the agreed budget. His team were hard working, respectable, approachable, arrived on time and always left the place clean, safe and tidy each day. Stuart has a good relationship with his staff, building inspectors and trade/suppliers. The build came a lot less stressful for us as we were communicated clearly at each stage which was appreciated. Any large building work is daunting and after bad experiences in the past, we were dreading the build. However Stuart and his team have restored our faith in builders where we asked him to do an additional job to repair our garage which they did in a day, again an excellent job. We would certainly be using them again.

We would highly recommend Bailey Build for any building job! We are extremely happy with the work they have completed for us. We have had a two storey extension including a new master suite (walk-in wardrobe and ensuite), a boot room/study and enlarged the kitchen with a new sizeable utility and downstairs toilet. The front of the house has been transformed with double fronted bay windows to match existing windows on the original house. It looks amazing. During the build Stuart has communicated with us throughout, has done exactly what was agreed and when it was agreed. No financial surprises. We made some changes along the way and Stuart was very helpful and accommodating. Stuart, Mike and Tom were very friendly, kept the site tidy and disruption to our life was minimal. Their work ethic is second to none. We're so thrilled with the work that we have booked them for the main bathroom refit in September. Bailey Build are reliable, hardworking and have provided excellent communication throughout. The work has been completed to a very high standard! We couldn't be happier.
