Our cold water tank in the loft was over filling and coming out of the overflow pipe onto our conservatory roof. We called Bailey plumbing and they sent a plumber out the next morning. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a faulty ballcock and replaced it. He also installed a brand new isolation valve. He took pictures/videos before and after the fix so we could see the problem for ourselves and what he had done to fix it. This is the second time we have used this company. The previous time they installed a new shower for us and we were pleased with that job so it was an easy choice to use this company again. This company is easy to contact and they come out when they say they will. The people on the phone and the plumbers that come out are pleasant and friendly. We will definitely use this company again in the future for our plumbing needs.

My 20yr old mixer bath taps were so stiff they were difficult to use. I was offered a cancellation appointment for the day I called for help. The two members of staff arrived at the time agreed. They inspected my taps and gave me information and a choice of how I could solve my problem - replacing the inside parts or replacing the taps. I opted for the latter and asked to have the basin ones to be done at the same time. I received a quote by email shortly after their visit. Harry came back the following week and replaced both sets. He worked swiftly and left the bathroom in a clean condition, taking away the old ones and packaging from new. Happy, friendly and informative. I will be happy to use this company again.

Sometimes things go smoothly and according to plan, and sometimes they don't. It's when things go wrong, that you discover whether the company is as reliable and trustworthy as they claim. In this case, there were unforeseen difficulties but Baileys came through. They installed a heat pump for us, and there were several problems, but they always sent out someone, even well outside normal hours, and fixed things up. Throughout they were polite and professional. I would not hesitate to trust them for a plumbing task (and hopefully next time, it'll be an easier one!).

I lost all water except in my kitchen tap. The office booked me in for the following day, even though they were already booked up. George came and was friendly, helpful and efficient - he diagnosed the issue, fetched a part, and fitted it, then checked all my the taps and cleaned out where some of them had collected debris when my tank emptied. He even came back that afternoon to correct a minor issue that cropped up. I’d very much recommend the company - and George in particular!

I called to ask a plumber to call to investigate the leak. Rob called at the end of the week and said the water seal needed changing. I agreed that all seals should be replaced and he ordered the parts. I agreed the quote for the work and Rob returned to replace. It's a relief to have the dish washer working! I was impressed with Rob's work and efficiency and also the work of Teresa in the office. I have used Bailey's in the past, and will do so again. Their plumbers (Rob and Luke) are efficient and explain everything to someone who knows nothing about plumbing!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Gary from Bailey, Plumbing and Heating. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the issue quickly and efficiently, but he also took the time to walk me through how to better care for things and sorted a couple of other things that were not right. Rob had been asked to change 2 toilet seats at a previous job and he ordered replacements. He called to replace the seats and as agreed remove the old seats. He is courteous and efficient. I have used this firm to do several jobs since Christmas Eve when they came at short notice to sort out a flood in my airing cupboard. They have always provided an efficient service

Bailey Plumbing & heating recently installed a replacement gas boiler in my home. Rob who did the survey and most of the installation was friendly and informative. The work was completed on time in a neat and professional manner with minimum disturbance. When a Manufacturers fault developed in the boiler this was attended to the same day. I thoroughly recommend this Company for their friendly helpful staff, reasonable cost, and first class work.
