I would recommend Baileys Builds as did what they stated on the work brief. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Ive had people passing by commenting on the work he did and how quick it was completed. The fact that tgey cleaned up each evening was also so.

We employed Baileys Builds to fit our new kitchen,we was more than happy with the quote given and a full breakdown explanation there was no hidden extras. They turned up on time every morning and always cleaned up any mess that was made,very friendly and polite. The work carried out was of excellent standard I couldn’t be happier from start to finish would definitely recommend and will use again for any work

We had a wrap-around side extension and first floor extension as well as complete roof replacement, kitchen installation, and a new patio and we were very happy with the quality of the build. Stuart and his team were fantastic throughout the building works. From the very start he was clear with timeframe and pricing (they were our cheapest quote) and kept to schedule throughout the whole process. They turned up promptly in the morning every day and worked throughout the day. We lived in the house during the whole build and they worked around our family life, which was particularly important with a newborn and toddler. They were professional throughout and always tidied up after themselves at the end of the day (which neighbours commented on as well). Would highly recommend Bailey Build for all your building needs and would definitely use again.

Stuart and his team did a fantastic job fitting our kitchen recently. He came round beforehand to ensure all prep work had been completed. On the day they were fast and efficient, even cleaning up after themselves. We are so happy with the kitchen and the standard it has been fitted to. All of our visitors have also commented on the little details the team added. Overall really pleased and would highly recommend.

Baileys Builds undertook our extension and remodeling work and were fantastic throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend them. The key areas that stood out were as follows: - quality of work. We are really pleased with the quality of work, from the brickwork through to the internal works. - reliable - Stuart and the team arrived on site at the same time every day and worked solidly throughout without fail. At the end of each and every day we could really see a lot of progress - schedule - from the start Stuart indicated a schedule which was then delivered to on time. - communication - Stuart was really responsive throughout. Regardless of when we messaged Stuart, we would get a prompt response. Also he took the time to explain what work was happening and let us know when certain decisions needed to be made giving us enough time to make them. Nothing was ever too much trouble. - tidy - at the end of every day, the team put in a lot of effort to tidy up and clean wherever they had worked. When we first selected Stuart, we liked the concept of working on one job at a time which in reality is such a big positive and contributes to the majority of the above points. We will definitely use Baileys Builds again in the future and would not hesitate recommending him to others.

I was extremely pleased that they turned up when they said they would and completed the job within the time given. Stuart and his team have done a few bits for me over the last few years. They recently did a tricky job taking out an internal pillar and retrofitting two huge steel beams in tight spatial conditions, then plastering and fitting a new kitchen. All the work was completed to a high standard. Stuart also agreed to do a few little extra bits that I hadn't originally considered, and was happy to cost everything up in advance so there were no nasty surprises. He communicates promptly and clearly. All my neighbours also told me how friendly and professional they guys were. Would 100% recommend.

We would highly recommend Bailey Builders who has done an amazing job with our ground floor kitchen/diner extension in Jul/Aug 2022. From quotation to completion, Stuart was professional and accountable. The attention to detail of the build clearly shows as it passed all building regulations at each stage. It looks so good, the bricks match so well and blend in with the older part of the house. Stuart is an excellent project manager. On the first day, there were two unexpected problems that came up that no one could have predicted. In both situations, Stuart offered solutions and recommendations. He is also very transparent with the costs so you know where you stand and what to expect. The original start date of the extension was delayed by one week, however it was still finished on time and within the agreed budget. His team were hard working, respectable, approachable, arrived on time and always left the place clean, safe and tidy each day. Stuart has a good relationship with his staff, building inspectors and trade/suppliers. The build came a lot less stressful for us as we were communicated clearly at each stage which was appreciated. Any large building work is daunting and after bad experiences in the past, we were dreading the build. However Stuart and his team have restored our faith in builders where we asked him to do an additional job to repair our garage which they did in a day, again an excellent job. We would certainly be using them again.

We would highly recommend Bailey Build for any building job! We are extremely happy with the work they have completed for us. We have had a two storey extension including a new master suite (walk-in wardrobe and ensuite), a boot room/study and enlarged the kitchen with a new sizeable utility and downstairs toilet. The front of the house has been transformed with double fronted bay windows to match existing windows on the original house. It looks amazing. During the build Stuart has communicated with us throughout, has done exactly what was agreed and when it was agreed. No financial surprises. We made some changes along the way and Stuart was very helpful and accommodating. Stuart, Mike and Tom were very friendly, kept the site tidy and disruption to our life was minimal. Their work ethic is second to none. We're so thrilled with the work that we have booked them for the main bathroom refit in September. Bailey Build are reliable, hardworking and have provided excellent communication throughout. The work has been completed to a very high standard! We couldn't be happier.

Removed chimney breast from living room. Stuart gave us help with what needed to be done prior to having it removed. Very fair quote and able to start to suit us. Good communication throughout. Work was carried out by Mike and Tom who were great. On time and good workers. Did a fantastic job. Left the living room clean and tidy. Would use again and recommend to everyone.

Our work involved 2 major projects over 6 months: 1) A two-storey rear extension at the rear of our house involving Lounge and Bedrooms 2) A single-storey extension at the front involving a front room with vaulted ceiling, conversion of a garage area to a Kitchen Utility and conversion of hall, Porch, and toilet into a single large wet-room. Work undertaken also included tiling, installing flooring, plumbing, installing radiators, installing internal and external Bi-fold doors and windows, laying a new drive and path etc. etc. Bailey Builds quote was very competitive. Payment was agreed linked to project milestones. Work was done quickly and efficiently and for agreed amounts. The only delays were due to our requests for several extra items and a couple of supply delays. All work was done to a very high standard with excellent attention to detail and no fuss. Stuart managed the project magnificently throughout. He clearly has a good network of contacts in the trade and was generally able to get materials quickly to fit the build schedule. The team showed up early every day, they were all polite, helpful, hardworking, tidy and skilled. Disruption to us and to our neighbours was minimised. Stuart kept us informed of progress and any potential issues. His extensive experience helped with overcoming issues and with useful suggestions. He was highly focussed on doing the best job he could for us. We are extremely happy with the work and how it was carried out.

Really pleased with the prompt reply from Stuart to my initial enquiry regarding the attention to guttering, soffit and fascia board. Work carried out to a great standard by Michael and Tom. They arrived at the agreed time and on completion, removed all debris and left the site clear. Very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Bailey Build.

Stuart provided us with a very competitive quote for the removal of a chimney breast in one of our bedrooms. He did a fantastic job, exactly as we discussed and during the agreed timeframe. We’d been let down multiple times previously, but have finally found a reliable and honest builder. Stuart has carried out various building works for me over the last 10 or more years. Over the last year Stuart has carried out a fair amount of work for me. This includes converting the garage to a living room, renovating the dining room, building a new patio, building a new brick shed and widening the drive. Stuart’s work is always a good standard. He is reliable. He always cleans and tidies after the work. I don’t hesitate to recommend him to friends. I will continue to use Stuart over the coming years.

Stuart stepped in when other trades had let us down. He turned up when he said he would and completed the work on time and to a very competitive budget. We were delighted with the standard of his work and would not hesitate to recommend him or to employ him on future projects.

I had a cracked purlin in the loft that was getting progressively worse. Stuart quoted for it, we agreed and then came to fix it as agreed a week later. Nearly six months later there have been no further problems.

Phoned Bailey Build for roof repair and re-tile of utility room floor, came to visit to check work to be done, advised us on roof repair, gave date and time for work to be done and how long it would take. Arrived on time, neat and tidy worker, good communication, excellent standard of work, finished in time specified - very happy customer. Happy to give advice for other job in house.

Stuart did fantastic work for us! We had a lot of “bitty” jobs all around the house - patching plaster, boxing out a boiler, etc. Usually this is just the type of work it’s really hard to get someone for, but Stuart was super fast to get us booked in. He was professional, always on time, kept the place really tidy, and he did a great job!

Given that it was not clear what work was needed to repair a leaking flat roof until old felt was removed, Stuart gave us confidence in his assessment of what needed to be done. Before and after photographs were given and we were very happy with the professional work he carried out in a timely manner as per his estimate. We have no hesitation in recommending him and will use him again for other work in the future.

Have used Bailey Build several times now and am confident of using them on a regular basis. Had a front wall and uplift of front of my house completed and am more than happy. These guys are professional and considerate. They involved me at all times and worked quietly and methodically. He's been taught well! Each day they swept up and cleaned before leaving. I did not have to worry about using these guys. They are peace of mind to use and well known in my local area. No need to look around, just use them as I and others in my area already have. We recently purchased a house that needs a lot of work, the roof was leaking in a number of places and the garage roof and door had to be completely replaced. Stuart offered advice and provided a very competitive comprehensive quote. His work is excellent, especially his plastering skills. He is extremely tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day. The job presented a number of obstacles, but he dealt with each one without any problem, always keeping us informed and advising the best way forward. Stuart fitted a roller shutter door for us, it is perfect and exactly what we wanted. We are extremely pleased with the finished result and plan to use Stuart to complete the rest of the renovations - including a second story extension.

How pleasing to have found a builder who ticked all the boxes. From a detailed and competitively priced quotation, Stuart and Mike completed a range of jobs including new leadwork to replace a back gutter and re-design of lead soakers to fix roof/chimney leaks. In addition, they replaced guttering at the front of the property, re-pointed brickwork in the loft area and provided new fencing in the front garden, all to a very high standard. Stuart and his team were always polite, courteous, punctual and tidy in their work and we were kept informed of progress throughout.
