Thanks for recommending this tradesman. I had a problem with my dishwasher - I made phone call in the morning and it was repaired by the afternoon! What a great service, what a nice guy and a really reasonable price.

The earlier review prompted me to try this trader, and I am glad i did. Mr Andrews came in the afternoon of the day I called him about a problem with our washing machine. He quickly diagnosed the problem (motor brushes needed replacement} and fixed it immediately, charging £69-50, which seemed to me very reasonable.

Our washing machine developed a fault in the main bearing. Having contacted Glen on his mobile, he called me back within half an hour and was in our house assessing the problem less than two hours later.We agreed to purchase an almost identical refurbished machine from him for only £20.00 more than a repair would cost. He arrived today (Saturday) just before midday and within 45 minutes the replacement was installed, tested and 'up and running' - 26 hours after my initial phone call! During his visit he was most careful to cause no damage to our home, worked efficiently and was cheerful and friendly. We could find no fault with his service and have already recommended him to a neighbour.
